So, I got two Radiant 50 lights from this company. I used to really trust NiteIze, but they have changed. As both light failed, I could get no support from the bike shop I bought the first one from and no support from the NiteIze Amazon shop. So, I reached out to NiteIze, got no response. I sent in both Radiant 50's. They wrote me back via mail. I reached back out thinking - great, they'll fix it. No they did not fix it, they asked for reciepts (when they had BOTH of my defective units) - when the same issue happend with my Trek light, they didn't ask questions, they just mailed me another light. Not NiteIze ... despite keeping both my lights, they still wanted more zee paperwork. They should learn from Trek. Not the company I remember from years ago.

Pretty much buy just about any cool gadget for camping and mobile phone accessories you could imagine from Carabiners to glowing dog collars I love shopping this place cause I'm always finding new gadgets ?

First discovered a Nite Ize Steelie phone mounting system display in a shop years ago but wasn't in the market for such a product. About 5 years ago I had the need and by then had two iPhones to swap between two automobiles and a side by side. Works great for me. Also purchased a vent mount Steelie for use in rental cars. Not all Nite Ize products are right for me but am a BIG fan of the Cam Jams, Twist Ties, and various sized S-biners. I've even found a few uses for the SpotLit carabiner lites. But the best thing about Nite Ize is the customer service. Too many Amazon sellers offer a cheap price and free shipping but can't be contacted when you need support. Nite Ize is old school like the best manufactures I worked with in the 70's, 80's, and 90's! As long as they keep supporting the products, I'll keep being a loyal customer!

"Brian" in customer service is THE BEST??. Each Nite Ize product is so unique and useful. I own several NI products and love them all. My latest favorite is "NextGlo" Visibility Markers and Tags- no batteries, only proprietary glowing plastic material. These things glow 24/7, regardless of the light source they passively charge from... amazingly helpful and brightly glowing product!

I have been looking for a glow in the dark ball for months if not years. My dog loves to play catch but unfortunately we arrive home too late in the winter and its dark. We use to lose a ball about once a month but not any more. I purchased the GlowStreak LED Ball at home depot a few months ago and loved it from the first throw. I purchased a second ball because the batteries would run out quickly on the first one. So ball number two works spectacularly hours and hours of fun on the two little batteries.I was just going to cut my losses with the first ball and not hassle with trying to get a replacement or my money back but I had a few minutes on my hands. I messaged customer service on the website and within two minutes they committed to sending me a replacement. Great People. I will make sure I buy direct from them.

From flashlights to waterproof bags, I am always amazed of how the product does exactly what they are designed to do. Protecting electronics from the elements associated with boating has been a huge challenge for years. Just a small amount of moisture can ruin a cell, sat phone, hand held gps, etc. I do not know how these people designed a waterproof, air tight zipper, but they did, and I am happy to protect my gear. Their flashlights on the other hand are second to none. Keep designing great stuff NiteIze.

Brian answered my email, got right back to me. Gave me the "how to" information and followed up with, all OK? Then I had another problem, he sent me a link to the website I would find what I wanted. He warrantied a part from a flashlight many years old, THAT is Customer Service.

Great customer service. I bought a product which did not work on our car. Probably as issue on our end rather than fault with the product. In any case Emily (phone customer service) was extremely helpful and eager to help. She replaced the product and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Great job Emily!
