Went in today on my birthday with my girlfriend looking to get some shoes for my birthday gift. Walked in and was greeted by 5 employees all the way at the back of the store all grouped together. I replied and said I was doing good and asked how they were doing. Because we were at the front of the shop and they were very far at the back they must have not heard me. Then I was told by my girlfriend that one of the female workers said " oh okay!! I'm Doing goood! Thanks!!". Being very disrespectful and sassy because they were too far to hear the only customers in the store because they'd rather talk than make goal. I walked throughout the whole store and neither me or my girlfriend were asked what we were looking for our entire time. Terrible service. Terrible treatment from this person. Also she said multiple statements that cause her other cowered to say "shhhhhh" that was very audible to hear. I sadly didn't think anything of it until my girlfriend informed me of what had happened when we got back to the car. This honestly really ruined a special day for me, when really could have been avoided if people were doing their job and not talking at the cash register. This was 11/08 at 3-4pm

Staff was lack luster at best. Buy a lot of sneakers, maybe get them where they have time to help you. Nike this is probably your worst store. I think I would still be there waiting to try on shoes if I would have waited for help. Good selection just a poor staff with no concern for your time.

Today I was here at Nike boulders by 17:41PM by that time the security has already closed the door refusing to open for customers and the shop closes at 18:00PM, he was so rude in such a way that he was even insulting costumers, even telling us that he needs to go home, he stays far, remember we drove to Nike boulders and try by all means to be in the store before 18:00PM, since we know that the store closes at 18:00PM only to find out that the security guy has decided to closed the door and refuse people to enter at 17:41PM. If the closing time has changed please also update us even in the your Website.

Customer service is on point and everyone is friendly. Has exactly what I needed and didn’t have to order online thank goodness. This place has a lot of good stuff like back east, we need this out here. Thanks again guys
