My significant other and I were starting our journey into buying our first home. We felt nervous and maybe we weren’t being very realistic and not qualified to be home owners. Nicolette showed us homes that were perfect for us two and our cats with plans to extend our family. From the beginning she has showed us the most beautiful homes that we could realistically get into. It was so great and it only took about 5 homes to find our choice. It feels like an angel was sent to us because it really was a breeze. Nicolette had to have done SO much work because everything was so easy with her and she knew exactly what to do and what we needed. We are now on our 3rd month into our first home as homeowners, and we feel so blessed and grateful and it’s been a match made in heaven. Thank you Nicolette, you were so great to us!

Nicolette was by far THE BEST realtor we could have asked for! She truly cares about her clients and will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable during the entire process. Even when our first few offers got rejected she was great about making sure we knew it would all work out in the end and helped us remain confident! She went above and beyond every step of the way to help us find out first home and we couldn't be more grateful! Her personality is unmatched and it was truly a wonderful experience working with her! We loved working with Nicolette! She was always available to help us, had so much real estate knowledge and took the time to really get to know what we wanted and needed in a home. She’s a pro at communicating with other agents and she secured our dream home. There we natural ups and downs while house hunting and Nicolette helped ease the way. The closing process was a breeze and so organized and the Cherry on top was she donates part of her commission to LuBirds Light Foundation!

We met Nicolette in 2021 while a family member was purchasing a home . Immediately we noticed how great Nicolette was . Not only was she transparent and trustworthy but also caring . A year later, when my wife Jennifer and I finally decided to purchase our first home we didn’t hesitate to call Nicolette.
