I did not go to the Newton Flagship Store, but I just had an experience with customer service and wanted to make sure that others knew about it. I just bought some Gravity 12s from the online store and I wore them a few times. I noticed that the sole of the heel was coming loose. I took a picture of it and sent it to customer service. I never heard back from them and I was getting frustrated with them. After about a week, I decided that I may need to find another running shoe. I got home from work one day earlier this week and there was a brand new pair of sneakers at the house! They were the same exact color and size! Nice! Thank you Newton!

If you want your Newtons, go straight to the source! This store is awesome and the employees are fantastic! They've got everything you need from shoes, socks, shirts, hats, and various other accessories. It's very bright and inviting as well. All of their products are also 100% VEGAN I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me (I'm terrible with names) but he was very personable as well as helpful. This was my second time here, so the first time I visited he had me try out the fate series shoe as an intro to the brand. When I returned today (8 months later) he gave me a rundown on all of the different types of shoes they have and let me try them out. They have some great deals too. Best running shoes and best store you'll find hands down!

AMAZING- saw my first pair of newtons over 6 years ago and new I had to try them. All I can say is I now know how to properly strike my fore foot as a result. What more can you ask from a company!? I was bummed to see the store leave pearl street but honestly the new store is totally sweet. JC was so helpful- explained a couple things I was most likely not doing correctly when picking a shoe due to me being injury prone. It ALL MADE SENSE. The shoes are very clean and inherently bright and good looking too (total plus!). I just love this company and what they do- 10/10 always recommend to my fellow runners! Oh and I called and JC even showed up a little early just to help me out before work!

Great location that was easy for an out-of-town person like me to find. Google maps put me right there with plenty of parking available. The store was roomy and not overcrowded with merchandise.
