Went to switch from T-Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile so I could apply for a federal assisted phone plan with out signing up with another company where I could not take my phone number with me. The switching is always a time consuming ordeal but went faster than most because the clerk was alone and other customers were needing help too. All in all it was a good experience.If you are eligible for the ACP program due to the inflation or a senior citizen you might want to check it out I will pay $10 a month for service. Since I have internet at home I didn't request data on my plan.

Short on staff when it got busy. Patience is a virtue. Needed a translator for my friend, as I don't speak Spanish well. So that was rough, but I was quite grateful when one finally arrived to assist.

Customer service was very poor. Especially when I am in a wheelchair and had asked 3 times for her to reach something and she wasn't busy
