I have purchased 6 vehicles from McCaddon because of the service department. They treat me like I am their only customer. Jon Berry in service is a great communicator and updates me on the timeline to when the service is complete.

I bought a truck there and started failing after a week, they replaced one turbo and just a year after it failed again, about a week after i bought it the ac broke down, the sun roof wouldn't close and when i took it to get it fixed they broke it more, I talked to 3 different people about getting my truck diagnosed and none of them told me they couldn't because they don't work with Ford trucks, if there was more communication between the staff they would've saved me 2 hours of driving there and back, my truck completely broke down after driving over there. Worst buy I've ever made.

Great experience. It was easy to make the appointment and communication was good. I got a shuttle ride and everything seemed to go smoothly. Adam was wonderful!

i bought the car at this dealership they said the car has inspection all good but when i get the car home after a day car has a problem call them they said i need contact the service department and i need to pay $
if i want to fixed really bad dealership

Excellent experience! After driving 9.5 hours to a neighboring dealer and having a bad experience we went next door to Maroone GMC to check out their inventory. Ms. Brayden was extremely helpful in finding a truck suitable for my needs and wants. The manager of the dealership meet our needs on the money side and got us to our target price! Will definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go Maroone GMC for a visit! They will take care of you all the way around and will not be disappointed! 10/10 experience!

This place is a joke. I drove an hour because I took their word on an offer to buy my vehicle and when I'm 5 minutes away they tell me that they won't be able to get me a check because they don't have anyone in the office to write one. Then I get in the door and they cut it by 3000. Don't waste your time.

The washer fluid was not added although it was almost empty. The report about it was green... Who know what other points of inspections were not completed nor looked into it. The person who assisted me was not the most pleasant individual to work with.
