Me and my roommate went in, not seeking to buy anything in particular but receptive to recommendations. The employee on duty (I think her name is Annah?) was extremely helpful and kind, and gave really nice recommendations! This is easily my favorite place to shop of this stuff and I'll definitely return over and over.

I bought a vibrating dildo, when I opened it the battery did not work. I took it back and was told they don't take returns, I tried to explain all I wanted was a new battery. She kept saying they don't take returns, I didn't want to return it, all I wanted was a new battery. No deal,I well never go to that store again! Also the way the package open it felt like it had been opened before, great way to get rid of defective products. Don't go there!

staff is amazing, kind and helpful. however i really do wish they still sold dancewear as i liked the experience of buying it in store but dont want to treck all the way down to denver to buy it. it used to be so nice to run in before work and grab a cute new outfit to show off later!! they still have very cute lingerie but a lot of it isn’t appropriate for my works dress code :) please please please give us our dancewear back !! <3

Cute lingerie but their return policy sucks! I wasn’t happy with something I bought and they did absolutely nothing to try and make it right. I will just buy my lingerie from Amazon from now on.
