Maureen was such a delight to work with! She led us with all her knowledge and our best interest at heart. I have worked with other realtors in the past and did not feel nearly as supported throughout the entirety of the process as I did with Maureen. We are so thankful to have had her on our side!I would recommend Maureen to anyone looking for a home in the Boulder/Denver region whether it be for a first time homebuyer, someone new to the area, or just someone needing a new home.

Maureen in the real estate mentor that everyone deserves. She was incredibly patient, wise, and caring throughout our whole process and was able to negotiate hard to help us get our home for asking price. The only downside to closing on the house was not getting to spend time with Maureen. We are beyond thankful for her and miss her dearly.

Maureen came to us as a recommended real estate agent who had helped a cousin close on their dream home in September 2022. I'd already spoken to more than a few real estate agents while poking around various open houses and I have to say that Maureen really is the top. From the first call it was apparent that Maureen is an excellent real estate agent asking thoughtful questions to help clients narrow their search. In the weeks we spent touring homes it was evident that she truly cares to help clients find homes that will fit them in the long term. As first time home buyers, I appreciated her wealth of knowledge and willingness to give her opinion when asked. Maureen truly is a delight to work with, warm and professional. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a house in the Denver or Boulder metro areas. Though I haven't had the experience of selling a house yet, when it is time to sell this one she will be my first phone call.

Maureen was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. I felt very confident that she had my best interests in mind as a buyer. She was very insightful and informative about pros and cons of each property being considered.She had a great handle on the negotiation process when submitting offers, and getting the seller to cover certain items with regard to inspection resolution, and HOA special assessments. I never felt pressured to move forward or skip over a property. Maureen was very patient throughout the whole process, and I feel that she got me the best deal possible for my situation.Maureen also had great recommendations for companies to work with for lending, inspections, insurance, etc.My experience working with Maureen was solely as a buyer, but I would also be very comfortable working with her on the sellers side as well.Maureen will always keep your best interests in mind, and will work very hard to make sure you’re getting a great deal on your home whether buying or selling!

Maureen helped us sell our condo, dealt with last minute problems gracefully and was able to keep my wife and I calm during the whole ordeal. She also helped us narrow down our search for a new house, gave us advice about every aspect of the process, and wasn't afraid to speak up when her professional opinion differed from ours. She and Jen helped remove nearly all the stress from this entire process, and the very first offer we put in was accepted due to Maureen's insistence on the appropriate amount, and that we do it on a Sunday and not wait. She makes it feel like a long-time friend trying to take care of you. We can't recommend her enough, and we tell everyone we can about how amazing she has been. We don't plan on moving any time soon, but if she did Maureen would be the first person we would call, no question.

Maureen helped to deliver the easiest home buying experience in the hottest market. We planned well and found the home we wanted on the first day of looking. Maureen guided us through the offer process and negotiating repairs once our offer was accepted. She stayed engaged after the sale to make sure our transition into the new home was successful. 5 star performance. Maureen and team from day one were there to guide us on this stressful journey selling our home. Over the weeks all of their predictions came to fruition both the good and the bad and the more we listened to Maureen the better the result. Every challenge was faced head on with solutions provided through the network of support staff and contractors who were all pros. When it came to closing it just seemed to easy but all the this was due to the preparation and solutions being worked in the background. Maureen and team are also just the most wonderful joyful people you could ever meet and we always felt we were being cared for and it was never just a transaction.
