I just purchased a Speed Queen TR7 and Alex was my salesperson. (Mattress Kingdom is co-located with Appliance Factory) Alex was great! She really knows washing machines and she was able to answer all my nerdy questions in a very articulate and unbiased manner! Alex helped me confirm what I thought I knew about front-load versus top-load machines and also that Speed Queen has a well-deserved reputation for quality and longevity. All of her help made for a painless purchase of a big-ticket item. Thanks Alex!

Alex was super helpful navigating us through the bells and whistles of buying a new washer and dryer. She knew the products, was happy to work with the level we were looking for rather than upselling beyond our interest, and willingly researched options. She made the whole process easier for someone who doesn't love shopping.

Original review: "If you're expecting any kind of after-sale service or support, this is not the place for you. We have been waiting over 2 months for an in-warranty repair on a Bosch dishwasher from these guys. Two service visits (with a month delay between them), a lengthy wait for a part, and it's still not fixed (they need yet another part). We're assuming it will be another month before they show up again.I'd give them negative stars if I could. A truly horrible experience".Update: Just had the *third* service call and the dishwasher is still not fixed. They need to order yet another part from "the warehouse in Dallas" - apparently they don't stock any parts at all. This thousand dollar dishwasher has now been out of commission for over 3 months. Never, ever buying anything from these guys againThe icing on the cake: guy #3 disconnected the drain hose from the drain and left it that way (i.e., with an unplugged hole in the kitchen sink drain pipe). I don't think I need to explain what happened the first time we turned on the kitchen faucet. Guy #4 is coming in 7 days with yet another part. I can't wait to see what havoc he wreaks.

Purchased Electrolux washer and dryer from Appliance Factory in Boulder, the installers made an excuse to not place the pedestals, saying the cabinets were too low. The cabinet wasn't the issue and when I went in with a measuring tape they said they would come back and install the pedestals later at no charge, because they had to get to the next call. They later wanted to charge more money for installation and one of the employees cussed at me and put me on permanent hold when I called to get it resolved. I will never purchase from this business again it was the worst customer service experience.

I bought a Jen Air Dual Range from the Boulder store that took 9 months to deliver after I was told it would be to us in July, but reality was December. I understand the Supply & Demand our country was going through at the time, but I had to do a follow up several times to get a date. I was promise before Thanksgiving, then it will be the next week, I followed up after the holiday and I find out that it was in their warehouse for a week. The installers were told to bring PG adapters that they installed. It turnes out they were already put on before it left the warehouse. I made several calls for the service team to come replace them because the flame was so yellow and extremely high made it almost impossible to use. After no response from my multiple calls & emails, I waited 3 weeks so I had to reach out to Columbine Appliance who came and fixed the problem with Brian doing a fantastic job, BUT to the tune of $370.64 for the service call. I was glad to pay that so I would NEVER have to deal with Mattress Factory ever again.

BBB score is F.Quite a distinction.Delivery never happened. Typically these companies show up for small claims court with a check and make you sign an agreement not to ctiticize them on yelp.Save yourself the pain. Stay away.

Alex has been fantastic start to finish. I came in frustrated from an experience at mountain appliance. Alex showed me a few high end lines of kitchen appliance and I learned a lot from her. We decided on a line that would fit my need well and I am so excited for my thermador appliance set!! Delivery dates ended up being right where we needed them to be and Alex communicated well along the way. I am so glad I bought from this place!
