We were immediately approached to help us. Described what we were looking for and in short order were shown the product that we ended up buying. The sales person was very accommodating and we were happy with our purchase which will be delivered in a few days.

Dana was extremely helpful in finding a mattress that fit my needs. She was able to recommend a mattress and base combination that fit perfectly for my new apartment. Ask for her when you visit!!

Dana was amazingly helpful and patient as we tried basically everything in the store. I’m so glad that we came in rather than buying online because we could really test what is a rather larger investment. She also was super respectful of our budget and was able to find deeply discounted items so that we could get the best bang for our buck.
However I would recommend coming in regardless of your budget since they are also super knowledgeable about mattresses and the pros and cons of different options.
Man I wish I would have bought my first mattress here!

Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Trey, who showed us a few options based on our needs. He was very friendly and helpful and didn’t pressure us at all. It was a great experience and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Trey at Mattress Firm was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I definitely took my time lying down on several models and Trey was able to answer my questions thoroughly and help guide me towards the mattress that I ended up purchasing. I didn’t feel rushed and I received excellent customer service. I was originally leaning towards buying a mattress online, but decided to go ahead and purchase one in person at Mattress Firm because I could both try the mattress out and have all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend the store!

Our son needed a new mattress for his first apartment but we didn’t want to haul one across 3 states. We called and Dana helped me navigate purchasing a mattress and having it delivered to his apartment. She made the process smooth and easy. Dana is my hero!

I had purchased a firm hybrid mattress with a boxspring. After several weeks: I called to ask for an exchange. The employees are very helpful. They explained in detail, what makes a good sleeping experience. I exchanged my mattress for a softer one and added an adjustable base. I was very pleased with the service The employees are very knowledgeable and super friendly,super helpful. I want to thank you all so very much.
