It was fantastic working with Marcia. She helped me sell my Lafayette home while I was living out of state, and she made it all so easy. She kept me completely informed at every stage of the process. She took care of all the details in a timely way. When obstacles arose, even at the last minute, she took care of them. Her advice on getting the home ready for sale and pricing was positively invaluable. I ended up with many offers and sold for 10% over the asking price. I wish I had another home to sell in Colorado so that I could work with Marcia again!
