Suuuper bummed by this store. Was told they would repair the broken zipper here on my Madewell jeans (& that it would only take a week) so I brought them back and the manager said they wouldn’t fix them.
Love the fit but I fear the quality is going downhill.

I had a fantastic experience at Madewell recently thanks to Rylan, Maddy, and Lauren! They were incredibly helpful right from the start, assisting me in finding the perfect pair of jeans. They were both kind and supportive, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and offering great advice on different styles and fits. Not only did they find me the perfect jeans, but they also gave me some fantastic styling tips to help me put together a complete look.Overall, Rylan, Maddy, and Lauren made my shopping trip incredibly enjoyable. Their friendliness and expertise were truly above and beyond! While the staff at the register weren't quite as engaging, these three folks on the floor truly shone.Highly recommend Madewell, especially if you get a chance to work with Rylan, Maddy, and Lauren!

This location is wonderful! The staff are always so kind and accommodating. I've come in a couple times with complicated returns/exchanges, and they've always been extremely helpful. Customer service here is 10/10!

Title: Disappointing Lack of AcknowledgmentRating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆I recently visited this retail store with high hopes of finding some great products, but my experience was marred by the lack of acknowledgment from the staff when I entered. As a customer, the first impression matters a lot, and unfortunately, this visit left me feeling ignored and unimportant.Upon entering the store, I was met with silence. No warm greeting, no friendly smile – just indifference from the several employees within an arms reach of me. I wandered around the store for a while, hoping that someone would approach me or offer assistance, but it never happened. Instead a couple were chatting among themselves, while folding clothes. It's disappointing when you're ready to spend your hard-earned money, and the staff doesn't seem to care. There were only 3 potential customers in the store and I never heard the staff acknowledge any of us.Customer service is a vital aspect of any retail business, and it was sorely lacking here. Even a simple "Hello, how can we assist you today?" would have made a world of difference. It's not about pushing sales; it's about making customers feel valued and welcomed.Despite the potential this store may have had in terms of its products, I left without making a purchase, feeling ignored and unappreciated. Even as I walked out the store there were 3 associate behind the registers and not one said “thank you for coming” or “have a nice day”. I hope you consider improving your customer service in the future, as it can greatly impact the overall shopping experience.

The sales associates here are so incompetent! I found a pair of jeans I liked and they said I could order them in petite. They set up the order and sale incorrectly and then couldn’t run my card - any card. I used three different cards that “didn’t work” for them, and was able to make purchases with all of them later that day. They then told me to order from home and gave me a coupon that DOESN’T WORK. Worst of all, they wrote down the item number incorrectly and didn’t write down the item name so finding my item online was an issue too. Ugh.

I love the brand Madewell. However, I only give this specific location 3 stars because the staff at this store are not very friendly or helpful. Each time I have come here I walk in and the employees give me a look without saying anything.(Other reviewers seem to have had a similar experience) I understand if you don’t want to be overly friendly but a hello or welcome would be nice especially since customers are spending money at your store.
