Rex and Judy are outstanding. Their knowledge of the area is amazing. They listed our house during some trying times and sold it the first weekend. We received multiple quality offers and our house sold above asking. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. If you need to sell or buy a house, I can't give any better advice then to go with Rex and Judy of Live the Rockies.

Rex helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Colorado. We had no idea what to do, how to start the process, or what to expect, but Rex helped us every step of the way. We went from searching for houses in Boulder, to single family homes in the surrounding areas, back to looking at condos in Boulder, and finally found a perfect house in a nearby suburb. Rex never got annoyed with us changing our minds so much and was extremely knowledgeable about every neighborhood, home type, and answered all of our questions looking out for us. Never once did he try to push us to buy something we didn't absolutely love. He listened to all of our concerns and desires when showing us homes to consider. Once we found a house that we loved, Rex helped us put in a competitive offer on a house that already had a few offers, and our offer was picked. He continuously made sure we understood every document we were signing and what was expected of us and what to expect from the sellers. Throughout the entire process, Rex was extremely communicative with us. I was so glad we stumbled upon working with him, as I couldn't imagine working with anyone else!

Rex was amazing to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He assisted my family in selling an inherited property with some acreage. We knew it was going to be a complicated process and we initially interviewed a few different agents. Rex rose to the top of that list quickly due to his quick response and immediate knowledge of the steps we would need to take. His advice and expertise guided us in making smart decisions leading up to listing the property, which helped us tremendously once it was on the market. Rex was with us on the whole journey with our apartment in North Boulder, from buying it in 2011 through to selling it 10 years later in May 2021. The fact we asked him to be our selling agent 10 years after being our buying agent speaks volumes. When we bought he found us a great apartment at the perfect price and expertly 'nursed' us through the whole buying process. And 10 years later he did the same. Based in NY we decided to handle the whole selling process, except for the closing 'finale', remotely. Rex secured us a timely sale at a good price that enabled us to realize a significant profit with minimal fuss and angst. We look forward to working with Rex on any future real estate transactions on the Front Range. We highly recommend Rex as either a buying or selling agent.

My wife and I bought a house in Thornton CO at a time when the market was pretty wild. Rex helped us through the process patiently and knowledgeably and we ended up in a house we love. Rex was always easily available and was even fun with our child who sometimes tagged along. Rex was kind and easy to talk to. We hope we don’t move again for a long time, but if we move again in this area we will definitely try to work with Rex again!

His sweet spot seemed to be Boulder but he knew the Denver market really well and did lots of additional research to ensure he could answer our many questions. I have worked with Rex since 2007, having bought several properties in Boulder for personal use as well as for investment. He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Given the very active real estate market in Boulder, it has been important for me to jump on opportunities quickly when they arise, as there is often quite a bit of competition among potential buyers for quality properties that hit the market. Though I follow the market closely myself, Rex often alerts me to quality opportunities that arise, which I appreciate.
