deceitful, lying, conniving Eric Breslin. selfish, greedy, petty. worthless used car salesman. Judge a realtor by his house, just like a car dealer by the car they drive, it explains everything. All his talk of growing up in Boulder, it's all an act. He doesn't even live in Boulder. Pathetic liar. They said if you buy a house from us will buy you a piano for your son. They said they would fill our freezer with elk. "free parking for life", It was just all these bizarre empty promises. And when we bought the house, it's the funniest thing they didn't deliver on their promises. But when selling with Eric, it's a whole next level of nightmare. this type of person will say anything to make a sale. He actually told me on the phone during the last listing, "forget about the the house, you're my friend". you are not my friend. Friends don't lie to each other, last time I checked, they also don't scam each other for tens of thousands of dollars. You low level piece of garbage. I mean this guy is delusional beyond belief, he lives in a fantasy world of liars and disillusioned former car salesman. realtors are failed salespeople with no skills. make money off others' work. Don’t do business with desperate low grade people. Pathetic nightmare of incompetence. To my knowledge there's nothing worse than a Colorado realtor, they are 30 years behind the times, they are the dumbest people I've ever met in my life. Erik is no exception. Don't get me started on his partner Mr. empty promise used car salesman. Zero integrity. Zero. I know these personality types like the back of my hand, they can't see the forest for the trees. They'd rather make an extra five grand on a deal then have a customer for life they are low level poor dumb antiquated human beings.
