Jareth was great!! He cleared up all my problems and gave us additional advice on how to make our Sonos and Router systems work more efficiently. I have used Listen up for a lot of my electronics and they have always done a great job.

I've been using ListenUp for over 35 years. When i woke up to see my Bose 700 Soundbar displaying the "Red LED of Death" I called ListenUp's repair service. The technician Spencer was on time, polite, answered all my questions, revived the soundbar, and gave me useful DYI information should it happen again.

Great service! At the store Todd was very helpful. The service persons arrived on time for installation. They were professional, fast and loads of help with questions. Our TV, soundbar and bracket were exactly what we ordered. Couldn't be more satisfied with our ListenUp experience.

Listen up is the very best! Not so much for what physical products they carry or what they $sell$ it for. It's how (at least in my experience) the way they treat the customer. My experience started with Scott G. in their Denver store and Nick Williams the store manager in their Boulder store . These two guys are a real breath of fresh air in today's world of take the customers $$ today and forget who you are tomorrow. They both actually have concern for the customer. They do what say, they return phone calls, text's and e-mails and actually accommodate the customer. They're good honest people and have won my future business for A/V products.

Truly professional. Upgraded my Sonos sound system. Installer was very competent, was well acquainted with the product, was patient and kind to answer all of my questions and offered some usage tips. Will definitely use them in the future.

Steve is the best! He so very helpful and not condescending. We always ask for Steve if he is available because he has good manners, always on time, has a positive attitude, and has solutions. It isn't any of my business, but whatever you are paying him, it isn't enough. He is another reason that we like ListenUp. He is an incredible asset.

I came to Listen Up to purchase a relatively expensive luxury hi-fi item that I was uncomfortable purchasing online. Sales staff is nice and accommodated my request, providing decent updates about my order.After having to cancel my order due to external factors and I stated looking into alternatives, it became apparent that Listen Up is okay at best. Contacting a decent online retailer provided effortlessly more knowledge and insight, alongside a feeling that they really knew what I was looking for and what to buy. Other retailer was eager to provide a discount for a similar bundle when Listen Up did nothing but charge me retail.Overall, staff seems to have limited knowledge outside of the products they offer. Should be more proactive to retain customers, especially given the number of online options. I would rather shop at Crutchfield.
