I was pleasantly surprised by my recent experience at Corwin Toyota. The salesman, Ravi, helped me with some difficult decisions. His knowledge and enthusiasm about Toyotas, both hybrids and fully electric vehicles, was awesome. I highly recommend stopping by this dealership if you are looking to purchase either a new or used Toyota. They have a fabulous selection and I suggest asking to work specifically with Ravi.

We worked with Jack Padden, a young (we are over 70) man in sales. He was very polite and respectful, did a great job. We bought a 2024 Land Cruiser and are satisfied with the deal. Overall the dealership is very responsive and helpful.

I recently purchased a RAV4 hybrid from Corwin and was pleased with how Kim Wilharm and the rest of the staff strived to get me the blue car I wanted.
The first car that I made a deposit on was damaged by hail in transit. Kim checked the factory orders and found a similar car that would soon be manufactured. 2 months later I drove home in my Calvary Blue RAV4.
Kim went the extra mile as did her management. She kept me informed, remained upbeat and told me she would do what it took to get me the car I wanted. I highly recommend purchasing an automobile from Kim Wilharm at Corwin Toyota.

I think that Corwin is trying to swindle new car customers under the guise of safety. At the end of Feb 2023 I put a deposit down on a new 4Runner that was to be delivered in a few weeks. We agreed on a price for my trade-in and purchase price for the new vehicle. Flash forward a few weeks and it arrives, I go to sign paperwork and am hit with a several hundred dollar fee for a 3rd brake light pulse system. This is a dealer added "safety" device that changes the pattern of the 3rd brake light. I was told that the device was already installed & that I could either pay the fee or lose my deposit. I paid the fee, I wanted the vehicle and I mostly forgot about it.
Well, that is until a week or so ago. I have had the vehicle for almost a year and a half with no issues. I take it in to Corwin for the last Toyota Care oil change and am informed that the 3rd brake light is out, which is odd seeing as though they are LED bulbs and should last for years. Corwin quoted me a price to replace the lamp assembly but did not have the parts in stock. I proceeded to look the parts up myself to find that it would be more cost effective to replace on my own.
While I was thinking of it, I did a little more research on the 3rd brake light pulse system to see if that might be the cause of the light going out. Nothing but terrible reviews all over the internet about this system. Which leads me to decide to remove it when I swap the light. I find the pulse device (they tried to hide it well...) and start to check the connections that Corwin had made when splicing the device into the stock wiring. It turns out that Corwin had done a very poor job installing the device and the connections were not working. I had to break the original light because somewhere along the lines someone (not me) had stripped one of the screws out. So, I'm left with a now broken brake light that had nothing wrong with it and had to still replace it costing me time and money when it was shoddy workmanship done by Corwin that caused the issue to begin with.
TLDR: Corwin adds non-OEM part, charges fee for it without letting customer know until the last minute, does a terrible job installing it leading to replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced.
Anything that the dealer adds should be disclosed when a customer puts a deposit down on a vehicle. I would also be very weary of any non-OEM part that a dealership wants to add without due research.
After this series of events, I will no longer be having any service done on my 4Runner at Corwin Toyota of Boulder. I would also caution new vehicle buyers to question any dealer added accessories prior to taking delivery of a vehicle.

Solid experience. Great customer service team. Had a rear hatch issue repaired on a Toyota Highlander. They did a great job and we had some other maintenance done at the same time. We will certainly reach out to them with future issues or when it’s time to buy again.

Corwin may be a good place to buy a car, I don’t know, but GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE! Read the service-related reviews here and you'll see what I mean—just sort for “lowest” reviews on google. When this was Miller Toyota, this dealer offered decent service, but it’s horrible now that it's Corwin. Sure, the new facility looks good, but they’re obviously using service customers to pay for it. They recommend work that doesn’t need doing and charge a lot more than the competition. Also, their “case management” approach to customer service creates a huge bottleneck that keeps you waiting for “your” service tech. I prefer not to stand around and wait for 20 minutes while several available service techs hang out and wait for one of “their” customers. It’s not like their service techs add any perceivable value.
Once the mechanics do get their hands on your car, they do spotty work at best, something I am finding is widely known by Boulder mechanics. In a short time, they’ve established a reputation as a place you don’t want to take your car. Like others who have posted here, their work on my vehicle created additional problems, causing them to recommend thousands of dollars more unnecessary work to remediate, work that was deemed unnecessary by another, far more reliable mechanic. Like others who posted about their service experience at Corwin, they could seem to care less. Big surprise, service manager Rudy Wagner never returned my voicemail or e-mail asking him to call me. Clearly, his indifference toward customers sets the tone for the rest of Corwin’s service department. It cost me too much time and money to learn this the hard way. I rarely post reviews, but when an experience is this bad, I feel responsible to warn others: STAY AWAY!

We had the best experience purchasing our car from Corwin Toyota. Ron Smith was our sales expert, and he was absolutely amazing. Ron was patient, professional and knowledgeable. We live in Denver and actually drove 60+ minutes to work with Ron and buy a specific vehicle Corwin Toyota had in inventory. It was worth the trip as the service, expertise, and attention to detail was best-in-class. If you are looking for a vehicle, I'd highly recommend Corwin Toyota and working with Ron Smith. Thank you Ron for everything !!

I had great experience with Devin here. I had been searching online through Cargurus and other sites for a Prius. Once i found one that was simply at retail I inquired. Devin called me up and told me an estimated date of arrival. From there i was able to deposit to secure the car and ended upup purchasing a week later. He and Rocky didn’t try to upcharge me anywhere and were helpful in explaining everything. They even got me a considerably close in-house interest rate even though I ended up going through my bank. Look forward to seeing them again once I visit Denver.

We purchased a car with Ravi and it was a great experience. He wasn’t pushy, or persuasive. It was an enjoyable transaction and very simple. Nick in finance was also fantastic. The best car purchasing experience I’ve had.

Don't buy a used car here. They were not truthful, nor do they care about the safety of their vehicles. They also double charged my $1,000 deposit. On top of that the service department manager still hasn’t answered any of my 7 calls over the span of multiple days. A prolonged headache of an experience.

The last appointment I had they recommended 2 services be done to my vehicle that I had completed the visit before. Did they even do the 2 services on the previous visit? I’m not sure and I wasn’t able to get a straight answer! Then 1 week later I brought my vehicle back to get a diagnostic test done on it and they didn’t even put all the pieces of my dashboard back together. I had to go back the next day and have them do it
