horrible customer service. rude and extremely low intelligence demonstrated by receptionist, waited for 2 hours after checking in for them to turn me away without giving a clear explanation of the issue. the issue was their incompetence. their employees seemed mentally challenged.

The Labcorp Patient Service center was short staffed but I had an appointment and Rebecca got me in on time. Joanie performed my blood draws and was so kind and patient with me. I am not a fan of blood draws but Joanie provided a kind and caring experience. Joanie is the best phlebotomist I have ever had! Thanks Rebecca and Joanie for a great experience!!! Labcorp is lucky to have both of them on their team.

They ran labs for a unrelated test request from 5 months ago, which had already been run elsewhere. It never dawned on them to confirm the particulars of the test. I was told they never received the recent labs request which my doctor confirmed had been sent. So.. they just uncritically ran some random request that happened to be in the system. I gather from the the other posts that I'll have to pay these jokers for a service I didn't request.

After being told LabCorp was in Network, I found out they are not unless you take on billing to insurance yourself, so the entire visit is expected to be out of pocket. Frustrating dealing with large corporation that makes you bounce back and forth on 1-800 numbers to reach no helpful solutions.

A few months ago I went in for a vitamin B12 test and was instead tested for B2. So not only did I have to wait to get another bloodwork order from my doctor, schedule another appointment, and get poked again, but I also had to pay for both tests, all due to their negligence. I contacted Labcorp customer service by phone to try to get the fee of the incorrect test refunded, and was told by someone named Sandra that a credit would be applied to my account within the next 2 weeks. That of course never happened, so I called again and they somehow had no record of me ever calling in the first place. Was then told that I needed to have my doctor's office call them to confirm that the wrong test was done in order to be issued a credit. I then emailed customer service in hopes of getting a better response and also to complain that I was having to go to all this trouble just to not have to pay for a test that I shouldn't have had in the first place. They said they were looking into it but that was a month ago. I followed up again by email and never got a response. Pretty belittling that they wouldn't believe me on my word, not to mention the fact that they could clearly see that I had a B2 test followed by a B12 test just a few weeks later should have been evidence enough. Guessing I'm just out the cost of the test at this point. Would definitely avoid this place.

Honestly, I had a great experience! Everyone at the facility at Boulder medical center was friendly, patience, and helpful. My phelbmontist that I had and now i had forgotten her name, but she has beautiful tattoos and her hair is black and blonde. Honestly, she is so professional, outgoing, and gentle. I could tell patient care is top priority in her mind and soul ✨️ I hope she keeps up the brilliant work and continues on satisfying patient needs! Please lab corp company give this amazing woman a raise ?

I am seriousely amazed at how easy, quick and painless going in for bloodwork was! I am usually so nervous and places usually have trouble finding my veins making it a traumatic experience. But Jolene was so sweet, and it literally took one second. Quick, painless easy. I now know I am always coming to Boulder Medical Center (labcorp) to get my bloodwork drawn there whenever it's needed.

Horrible customer service. The receptionist was completely rude and the techs minimal to no conversation.

Completely lost lab results and claimed they never even did the blood draw. Go literally anywhere else you can.

Hey LabCorp, thanks for making my baby's first mail delivery a terrifying experience with your collection letter demanding a whopping amount of $3.57. I was so proud to see him receive his first piece of mail, until I opened it and saw that my infant son apparently has a history of delinquent payments.I know times are tough, but on the bright side, I did pay the bill now. So you can rest easy knowing that my infant son is no longer a threat to your financial stability!

Walked in to drop off a sample I self collected... The only correct response would be to accept the sample and allow me to walk out, done. Instead there's an entire ipad to do a check in survey on. Not sure why there's anyone sitting at a front desk if that's not their job. Healthcare in the US sucks. This is a basic office staff function that a company as profitable as any in healthcare can certainly afford.

Had to pay out of pocket for testing and then 4/5 tests weren’t ran. The reasoning was that I didn’t complete the information on the specimen collection bottles. Except I did and the same information was on all the collection bottles so why could they run one test but not the others based on “no client information provided” when it was all filled out. Didn’t know I needed to take reference pictures of the labels I filled out on the collection bottles for this reason otherwise I would have.

Apparently the staff at Lab Corp's Boulder location flunked English. We made an appointment for 10:30 am, Sat. morning, to have blood drawn. We arrived ten minutes early only to be told there would be over an hour wait. I understand they were short staffed, but then they should take appointments first and make the walk-ins wait. What doesn't the staff understand about the word appointment.I will never, ever go back to this location, and if I could avoid Lab Corp altogether, I would. I truly hate our American health care system. Certainly not the best as it likes to advertise.
