Turned away for a standing monthly order (order was sent directly to Labcorp) which I had an appointment for. No one answers the phone or returns call. Horrible customer service. ??

Be aware they typically have hour-long waits for walk ins. Staff seems friendly, but don't expect to do a quick "drop by" lab draw after your doctor's visit at Boulder Medical Center.

Great place to wait for 2 hours, even w appointment. Place is full of sick people going to a doctor at the facility. 0 stars is appropriate!

Really happy with our experience here. I had an appointment for my kiddo, got there 15 minutes early as instructed, and had nearly no wait. They did great with my child.

I had an appointment for bloodwork today and checked in at the kiosk when I arrived. About 5 minutes later, a male asked me if I was sure I had a lab order. I said yes so he asked for my info. I then sat til I was the last person waiting. Then I sat at least another 10 minutes while they all talked at the front desk. Another person arrived and probably 10 minutes later they called me in. When I went in several people were sitting around with the front desk male. They say they are short staffed but they seemed to have several people just talking not working.

I checked in at their kiosk, which was relatively easy. Then, after waiting for 45 minutes, they tell me that their system is broken and my name is not even in their system at all. What a huge waste of my time.

Make you use somewhat odd automated check in, but after that everything went smooth. Blood taker was nice and personable

Avoid if you have a baby. They do not appear to have experience with it.

horrible customer service. rude and extremely low intelligence demonstrated by receptionist, waited for 2 hours after checking in for them to turn me away without giving a clear explanation of the issue. the issue was their incompetence. their employees seemed mentally challenged.

The Labcorp Patient Service center was short staffed but I had an appointment and Rebecca got me in on time. Joanie performed my blood draws and was so kind and patient with me. I am not a fan of blood draws but Joanie provided a kind and caring experience. Joanie is the best phlebotomist I have ever had! Thanks Rebecca and Joanie for a great experience!!! Labcorp is lucky to have both of them on their team.
