Super informative/educational shopping experience thanks to Charlie who helped me try on several different styles and sizes to find the right fit for my feet. And patiently answered the bajillion questions I had. He also helped me understand the different superfeet options as I’ve been using 1 specific kind of superfeet for the last few years. The new location is nice and was busy on a Sunday afternoon but the staff made sure to be attentive to every customer and their needs. Nice job sportiva! And shoutout to Charlie for his patience and wisdom!

The sales rep at La Sportiva named Luca was fantastic. He provided top notch customer service. He spent a solid hour fitting me with boots for my upcoming trip to Bolivia. He explained the different boots and fit, including what to expect in high altitude environments. I hadn't realized I've been buying the wrong size boot until I met with Luca! Thank you! ?

Jesse was super helpful as I was trying on climbing shoes last week. Unfortunately, I remembered that my left foot is almost a full size bigger than my right, so I had to consider my options instead of buying shoes that day, but I definitely felt more confident in which kind of shoes suit my climbing needs best and what sizes I need. If only selling two different sized shoes wasn't a logistical nightmare...

HUGE selection, absolutely killer deals, and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. Can't recommend the store enough. I stopped by while traveling on the way to the airport and did not regret it. They have every single shoe and size in stock. Clearance deals are killer if you can find your size with >50% off. Can't wait to stop in again when I'm in town.
