Staff were rude, unable to with their own computer system and disorganized. Stark contrast to the grocery store which is well run and friendly.

Overall, this pharmacy is a good neighborhood pharmacy. There is one male pharmacist that is extraordinarily rude and threatening which kind of tarnishes the whole experience. Whenever you call and he answers, he typically wont fill your prescription that day and really gives you the run-around and makes you feel terrible. It seems like it should be up to your doctor to determine when refills can be filled, not up to this angry pharmacist. I'm always relieved when someone else answers my phone calls because I know they will try to work with me to deliver the best outcome for the patient.

I frequent this kings often. The sugar tax is ridiculous but that's a Boulder City thing so I can't fault them but that really dictates if I'm going to go there or drive into Longmont. But the experience I had last week is what is prompting me to write this review. It wasn't necessarily king soopers but they allowed it so I do hold them somewhat accountable. The community food share was our front and the man who was very aggressively pushing people to buy groceries. I found it so inappropriate it took a lot to not say something to him and the people with him. Right now so many people are struggling to put food on their own tables. Food, rent, gas, cars, utilities and so many more things have increased but you know what hasn't? Pay. He reminded me of a panhandler getting upset that you don't give them money. I imagine I was not the only person completely appalled by him.

Have called twice today; put on hold immediately w/o being asked first, and held for over 20 minutes. Now I can understand that people are busy but this is ridiculous. HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR PUT SOMEONE IN CHARGE OF PHONES!!! That’s it. I’m done. Switching to Amazon for mail order. It’s a constant pain in the butt to deal with this pharmacy. Makes no difference if you complain to a supervisor either.

The pharmacist staff are always helpful and make sure to answer any questions I have and keep me well informed about any of the medicine I’m getting. Extra points for gas rewards, convenient at the grocery store where I can pickup other necessities. Large over the counter selection of standard and natural products. Drive through is super convenient.

Prescriptions are never ready on time even when scheduled ahead. Always a long line. Staff is unapologetic. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

I renewed a prescription online. Told me it would be done in 2 days at 4pm. I showed up at 4pm and was told they don't know when they will get to it, but it's not done. I told them I'm going out of town early tomorrow morning and needed it, well, they couldn't guarantee that they would get to it. 2 DAYS! Absolutely horrible. ill never go back. Only giving one star because it won't let me post without clicking on a star.

Place claims it takes up to two weeks to fill a prescription and "that's how all pharmacies work", sorry bro, it's just you. Most other places can fill within the day.Update: After a month this place finally had me in their system (after checking every other day and finally being told 'tomorrow', and then an hour wait in the office), only to somehow be unable to put through my insurance. Insurance shows it isn't on their end. I'd give this place negative one star if I could, it's outrageous how bad it is.

Very slow, poor communication between staff. Put me in serious medical distress because of how slow and behind they are. After years of going here, it's time for me to find a new pharmacy.Also, why close for lunch and not stagger your lunch breaks? What a d*** business move.

Every time I try to call in with a question or to chat w a pharmacist they put me on hold forever, then it rings through again, and then they put me on hold again. Over and over. Ridiculous. Hire more people!

I absolutely hate getting my prescriptions filled here. I’ve been in Gunbarrel for three years and I’ve gone to this pharmacy because it’s close to home, but the pharmacists are extremely rude! Nearly every time! And I’ve heard from a couple of other people in the area that they have had similar experiences.I don’t know what the problem is or why they are so freaking rude, but please get it together. I know your job is stressful but you’re dealing with peoples medication. They should feel supported and welcomed. Not like a burden to your day.

Apparently this pharmacy at Lookout Road is now closed for lunch, even though it is not stated on their official working hours. I went after that to pick up my prescription and of course there was a huge line of about 15-20 people. Very disappointing.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACYTook me a while to get to the point of writing this, but at this point it’s just past the point of looking the other way.Super careless and disorganized staff. Have had multiple issues with them, including telling me my medications are ready only to go in and have them not be. This is already annoying but then to come back in after they “figure it out” and pick up my meds only to have them mess up the order. Which of course I didn’t find out until I got back home. So now I’ll have to make my third trip into the pharmacy and pay out of pocket because now they’re telling me the one that was ready yesterday can’t be filled until the 21st.This store should be ashamed at their carelessness around medications. When I was waiting in line there was a woman picking up her daughters inhaler and she was also told hers would be ready at this time and it was not, which I heard her say meant they were cutting it close for this little girls asthma medication.If your medication is important to you, I would recommend going anywhere but here. They’ve almost made me miss multiple doses on a medication I need to take every day because of their lack of organization behind the counter. They also get doses and actual prescriptions wrong, which is simply dangerous.I will be looking into switching my pharmacy, and actually think it’s worth while to see if there’s a larger organization to reach out to about pharmacies that are at a place where they might actually cause harm to people with their negligence. I would recommend others who have these types of experiences with them to do the same.
