This is my first Google Review! There are few vendors in my world that go above and beyond consistently and deserve 5 stars. Kelly and team are on that very short list. We've been with them forever and went through 2018 Hail roof repair and 2021 Marshall fire and while SF corporate wasn't always the best Kelly's team made sure in the end we were whole. Also if I ever need quick changes or need data or have questions, her team is always lightening fast and solves my problems the first time. They reach out to us every single year to meet in person to make sure our coverages are current and we so appreciate that proactive care!

I've been with Kelly for over 8 years and State Farm a lot longer. Some of these reviews should be more targeted towards SF, rather than the agent (Kelly) selling the policies. I've always found Kelly and her staff to be very helpful, professional, timely, responsible and pro-active. It's always been a pleasure interacting with them. My only qualified critique is that Kelly and her office were less helpful than I would have liked while wrangling with SF over claims. In fairness, it's a difficult position and I don't know that other agents would have been better or different.

Friendly and helpfull staff but rigid agent. When I recently inquired about a large premium increase, her answer was: "The rates are correct."After digging, I learned that I was carrying an uneeded coverage that did not even protect me. I have transferred my policies to another agent and I will now be saving $664/year.

Poor customer service, poor employee knowledge after having them as our insurance for home and cars for 3 years. Seems they don’t care to be in business, so they lost mine. Took my money elsewhere. I had to give 1 star, otherwise I would not give a star at all.

after reading these reviews, i have to worry that kelly willcancel our insurance if i’m honest in this review. what a horrible feeling that gives me. BUT. trying to handle a claim was painful. we’d had State Farm for 40 years, had a rider added to our homeowners for pipes. Our pipe repair was not covered. the people i spoke to first at Kelly’s agency comforted me by telling me i had a $36,000 limit. i called Claims that same day and was told the same thing. we went ahead with repairs. after the repairs, when told the pipes weren’t covered, i asked that my call to Claims be pulled so i could show that i’d been misinformed. no one managed to do this, in spite of the fact that i knew who i spoke to, the date, and the approximate time: not Claims and not my agent. as for Kelly, she met us in person when she sold us our riders, but didn’t even bother to call when we were in the middle of this mess. 40 years without a claim, and it felt like ‘don’t let the door hit you in your way out’. suggest you listen to Tom Martino and read the other reviews here.

Within a year I’ve lost my apartment to a fire and my car was recently totaled. State Farm and Kelly’s office has made me regret having insurance at all. I’d rather have lost everything than gone through the last year of hell to scrape and beg for the pennies they’re offering me. Since my first car at 16 I’ve had State Farm, and I will never again go back to their offices for any insurance. God forbid you have tragedy strike your family while you’re insured here because they will only compound your suffering. Dealing with a State Farm claim is the equivalent signing up for a second full time job.

It is a shame that after 40+ years with State Farm, the company has lost its way and this office has not figured out how to adapt. Avoid State Farm and Avoid this office in particular. I have been trying to settle a minor accident claim and the Claims office is impossible to deal with and wastes enormous amounts of time. They first said the vehicle value was $8,000 and then cam back when they decided to "total" it and claim it is only worth $5,000. Clearly trying to change their tune. When I asked Kelly's office to intervene, I got more of the same and an endless loop with the 800 number.

If you want to be treated like a waste of someone’s time I’d suggest going with Kelly Eyen. She and her staff seem quite aloof which is far from what you want when in the middle of an unfortunate circumstance.

I’ve worked with Kelly Eyens office for about 6 years now and have never regretted it. Most recently Justin went above and beyond to personally help capture images of our property for a rental policy! This team is always quick to respond with professionalism and treats you like family. I wouldn’t work with anyone else in Boulder.

What a a great office to work with. I've had insurance with them for multiple vehicles, rental insurance, house insurance, personal liability insurance - the whole spectrum. Always cheerful. Always patient and able to fully answer all my questions and give me advice. Had to make two claims in 2013 - one for my roof and one for the flood damage. Never a problem - timely reponses - no hesitation to get the claim processed as fast as possible.
