This business has a huge heart, was willing to look at a car of a single mother, and did what they could to help her at no cost. This is the second time they have looked at her car in the past two years. It is awesome to know companies like this are trying to help when they can at no cost for people in need. I highly recommend Johns 4X4. They took excellent care of me and my JK. They ACTUALLY did a proper 4WD alignment and afterwards, sent me off with some advice on correcting some minor issues on my own without trying to "build a bill" for the sake of making extra money. I really appreciate their expertise, honesty and quality of work. The pictures and updates they shared in the invoice platform also makes understanding the work performed and recommendations they make extremely easy to digest and go back to and read at a later date. Bring your 4WD vehicle here, they are experts! My service advisor was Terrell and he was a pleasure to work with, thanks for all the help!

Overall, my experience was very transactional. I requested a lift, received an invoice promptly, paid it, scheduled an appointment, had my car dropped off, and the work was completed. The initial check-in was friendly and helpful.
However, I was disappointed with a couple of aspects, which influenced my 3-star rating. Firstly, the items in my trunk were haphazardly thrown back in after the work was completed, which was not what I expected. Secondly, despite being told the work would be finished by the end of the day, I did not receive a call by 5 pm. After calling three times myself, I finally got through and was informed that my car was ready. This lack of communication and attention to detail fell short of the excellence I anticipated.

Everyone I encountered at John's 4x4/Rev Outfitters was very helpful. They are willing to share their knowledge and joy of off-roading. I had skid plates installed on my JL Rubicon. When I joined one of their trail rides as a fairly new off-roader, Kevin, Austin and Terrell were super helpful and made me feel comfortable. Thanks to all.

Tom and team at John's did an awesome job with my Tacoma. I really appreciated all the transparency and photos of their findings during a detailed inspection. I also appreciated them walking me through their proposed fixes, how urgent or important things were etc. Once the work order started they did it quickly and got me back to overlanding asap. These guys are exceptionally knowledgeable and I'll definitely be back. Thanks!
