Jackie was phenomenal as a listing agent. Although the house we listed was a quite modest one in Longmont, her input and design ideas were top flight. She went above and beyond our expectations. I don’t need another agent as long as I’m in Jackie’s area!

Look no further for a trusted, reliable, ethical, professional realtor! Jackie Evensen is all of that and more. We inherited a run down rental in Longmont and needed lots of help to get it ready and onto the market. We couldn't have done it without Jackie's expertise! With a limited budget she tackled the most important issues, updated an old worn interior, and hired a stager that put it over the top in marketability. We were more than pleased and enjoyed a larger profit than expected. The young couple who bought it were thrilled.I highly recommend Jackie Evensen for any of your realty needs.

Do yourself a favor and hire Jackie! She was a godsend for our real estate adventure this year; helping us with several offers to buy and ultimately securing our new house as well as helping us sell our house. She was absolutely on top of every step in our contracts. But on top of that she did so much more. She was there for any and all meetings with our inspectors, contractors, roofers, chimney sweeps. She brought us meals, helped us clean and stage our house. Made sure photos were re shot and looked great. Even hosted an open house on the 4th or July. And so much more. Just a lot of extra effort that made the difference. We very glad we found Jackie when we did!

I highly recommend Jackie. We had a very complicated transaction for a house that was owned by two seperate trusts. There were many surprises discovered during escrow and buyers who needed a unique funding solution. Jackie helped us through it all and I would pick her again in a heartbeat. She made a very difficult house sale with many chances to fail into a success.
