The most magical of shops on Pearl Street. A long time staple and home to toys of all kinds from tops and marbles to disc golf and books, this shop has it all. You can find kites, puzzles, things to build, things for pranks, and plenty of different types of balls. Don’t miss an opportunity to check this hands on store out.

So many colors! A fun place to browse and find a perfect gift. Many things besides wind toys!

This is the kind of place that I most associated with Boulder. When I think of Boulder as a city. Quirky and ethereal stores like this come to my mind. I enjoyed the sensory feasts the displays evoked as I just wandered around and enjoyed the light, airy atmosphere. The kites and such were so colorful and a lot of families were wandering around, playing with the displays and clearly enjoying themselves. There were a few kids blithely running around, in such a carefree manner you would think they were at Disney World. That's the kind of response this place evokes, and I think adults feel it as strongly as kids. In the back, there is a glow-in-the-dark room that looks like a mix of some sci-fi dreamworld and a psychedelic landscape straight from the 1960s. Come here and enjoy the playful, wondrous atmosphere.

I wish I had more time in this shop because there are so many things to see, including the ceiling! There was a great selection of kites, wind chimes, puzzles, games, fidgets, marbles, sensory toys, glow in the dark items, science kits, books, musical instruments, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I purchased several gifts for upcoming birthdays and Christmas.

Wonderful, fun place. Why wouldn't they let a four year old use the bathroom? Not nice!

I bought some toys here with cash and the sales associate with the brown beard basically threw my change on the counter for me to scoop up from multiple sections of the counter. He was extremely rude and unpleasant.

Absolutely amazing store! Of course wind has a lot to play into the selection of products but the amount of fun little trinkets they have is fantastic. I’ve never seen so many fun little things in one place from black light posters to mini rubber chickens this store has so much to offer. Absolutely 10/10 recommend

Very rude store clerk (man with a beard) . As a customer from out of the country, I could not make a purchase using my credit card because I did not have a US zip code?! Funny how I was able to pay in all the other stores. The man didn’t seem to care anyway. Would not recommend.

Amazing! This was our first trip to Boulder, and this shop was definitely a highlight. There was so much to see. The selection of kites was top-notch, but there were so many other toys and games to look at. This may become a destination every time we are in Denver.

I bought a hacky sack there today. The guy told me it's the only item in the store they don't take returns on. I asked why and he said he didn't know. Later, i used the hacky sack very minimally and the seams started to rip and sand started leaking out. Now I know why they don't take returns. It's frustrating because it's a poor quality product that tore immediately and now i cant return it.

Spar broke on my 9ft levitation kite. That was my fault for flying in too high of wind. When I emailed the company asking for another spar because I can't find one on their website, They got back with me right away and I was able to find the spar needed from their recommendations given. Great customer support!

This is honestly one of the best if not the best toy store I have been to out here. Such a huge variety of product and they actually had yo-yos to try out, good ones! Nice to see skill toys on a shelf somewhere! While this store isn't gigantic, it seemed as though everything was selected to either be nice or offer good value, which I can appreciate. And again, greater variety of product than you see with most toy stores, which tend to be really specific and usually for good reasons. Can't come in here without finding something that makes you smile, check it out!

We went Saturday evening Jan 14, when a male employee in his forties with longish brown hair was making public announcements that China was "stealing all our ideas". It was clear that his assertions were directed at random Asian customers, unlucky enough to cross his path. I don't think he understood when I said "this is a kite store...kites are a Chinese invention" as a riposte to his uncalled for harangue. But that aside, it seemed highly unprofessional to make certain customers feel uncomfortable, regardless of whether they were actually Chinese or not. I hope that this was an isolated incident, and that his manager gives him a good talking to...perhaps a bit more.
