“I dreaded going to the T mobile store to sort out a promotional contract and set up a new phone. My beloved previous phone couldn't be updated anymore so I was losing important apps. It was a no choice situation. The store manager Colton signed me in on an ipad and told me to wait, of course I expected to be waiting an hour, plenty of people there with phones and contracts out. After less than ten minutes Rith greeted me and heard my story. Another old geezer who doesn't know much about phones, computers, apps, or how they work. Both Colton and Rith and all of the service techs in there are very young, they grew up with all this stuff. But Rith handled me and my issues very well. He assisted me with the transfer of data to the new phone, he made a couple of calls to the main service center to get answers, he waited through a few password failures and got me through the stressful transfer/update process, he also helped me with the new phone by putting on a screen protector that I had purchased earlier. I was very impressed by Rith and greatly
admire his patience and understanding.
In the end he was backed up by Colton so I have to give both of those guys five stars for handling a hideous situation. Due to the nature of my contract and phone issues, I may have to return to the store after forty days usage to wrap up the entire matter. This time i'm not dreading T mobile, I'm actually looking forward to seeing those young guys again and feeling the vibe of young people getting things done, and helping old people with complicated technical and contract issues.Thanks guys for helping me and getting me back in business with a new phone.”
