Had a receipt that had tj Maxx and home goods listed at the top and they refused to accept my return. I don’t think the store name should listed on the receipt if it’s ineligible to be returned at that store, they then sent me to Marshalls saying they could accept the return which they could not. They sent me running around with false information.

I had the worst time at this location. I love the home goods near my house but the one in Boulder was awful. The store was a complete mess with items all over the ground and the associates were rude and not helpful. I dropped an item outside and called to see if they had found it and they remarked they would discard of it and that I was unable to get it back. If this is company policy then so be it but I purchased the item and had a receipt and was on my way to the store when they called and said this. I will not be shopping here again which is upsetting because I really did like this store.

I've always loved this store, but I visited yesterday, and what a mess! Comforters crammed in EVERYWHERE and towels were hanging in the seasonal sections. Not the great display when you usually see when you walk in, and the floor was covered with debris. Also, there was not one available cart at the entrance. They were scattered all over the parking lot. New management?! Better get it together!

Can't even leave a review Had to repost since it isnt showing up for the public Brooke with the long brown hair was very inappropriate my boyfriend started driving before I got a chance to get out of the car so i could talk to the manager about it. Other than that this place has a lot of nice things that we come here to buy quite often. The rest of the staff are great. Dont think 1 bad apple should ruin the bunch.

I have to admit, we went in to use the washroom, but found cool treasures & Halloween decorations & geodes to haul back! [I hope establishments that are stingy about letting a traveler use their washroom will take notice] On top of that, the personnel were friendly and helpful. The store was not crowded at all!

Exceptional service and best stocked HomeGoods in the state! The Boulder HomeGoods is my happy place. Not kidding! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I am there alot...prob too much! But I so enjoy the service and the merchandise. It's almost impossible to stay away. They are the BEST in the state of Colorado. You will always find what you are looking for at this store. Jay has been especially kind and friendly to me. She works the front and always makes me smile when I see her. She is truly a JOY to anyone she helps. I always look forward to saying hello to her sweet spirit.
