Ordered blinds for half of my house and was very happy. Went back to the same person to order the same exact blinds for the other half of the house but in blackout and the Home Depot associate discussed the order with me about them being top down bottom up just like I had ordered before. I trusted the Home Depot associate so I do understand that I should have read the agreement after I signed but I assumed it was for what i asked for and discussed with the associate since I’m sitting there and she’s telling me they are for top down bottom up blackout blinds. The order was put in for top down. Not top down bottom up. I was very clear about wanting top down bottom up. They offered 500 off a new purchase to replace the blinds that they messed up on the order. My mistake for signing the agreement in front of the sales associate on their pin pad whilst she tells me they are top down and bottom up blackout blinds.Terrible experience. Also after the install in one of the rooms the blinds aren’t measured correctly so light comes in from the side of one of them. The first install was measured correctly, this one window wasn’t. And thanks Lisa for laying the entirety of the blame on me for the blinds mistake Yall made.

Never write review but this was the Best experience I’ve ever had in a Home Depot not sure who runs this one but he or she is doing an incredible job very helpful and happy staff

Ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot and on the first delivery attempt they canceled without any reason and I had to reschedule. I rescheduled and then they showed up and couldn't install, since the order didn't include the extended supply line and drain line even though we discussed this with the sales person when making the order. I rescheduled the delivery, but then they called and said that they didn't have these items in stock and I would have to order them separately and reschedule the installation again. By this time it had been over a month since the original order, so I ended up asking for a refund instead. Overall it seems like a very disorganized system at this Home Depot for appliance delivery and installation.

Went in their looking for specific paints and was able to find them pretty easily. I also got other items I needed for around the house. They're key machine would not do double-sided keys.

DO NOT BUY CHRISTMAS TREES HERE. For the past two years I’ve gotten a tree here and I’ve watered them immediately after getting them home and they are already dead and don’t take water. None of the trees are watered at Home Depot it’s very obvious, will not make this mistake again

Made an online order through the store. I was overcharged, and corporate help just hangs up while you are on hold, so nothing I can do. Store can't refund either.

Best customer service experience! Elisa did above and beyond for me, showed empathy to my situation, took ownership and did a follow up. She tried several ways to find a solution for me and made sure I got my order after having a hard time placing it as a will call in the store. She even came with some help to help me load my items to my car , and offered a hug which I really needed. Elisa, thank you for taking the extra mile for me. I want to express my thank you to Sophia too. She shared tips based on personal experiences, provided needed information on tool rental and showed empathy. Thank you Sophia for the water bottle. I truly needed that in that moment.

REALLY nice people here. Like, unexpectedly nice. I was planning on just going in and out, but two of the workers really made my day with how helpful, funny, and happy they were.
