I was at the Boulder store yesterday and congratulations! Friendly staff and the store is impeccable! Everything in harmony, super organized products, combination of clothes on display. The look of the store made me want to buy. I loved my purchases.

Came to Boulder to do some extreme hiking. On the first day, my boots were absolutely killing my feet. Stopped int to try and find a super comfortable pair. I found a pair that I liked but still wanted to try other brands on just to make sure. They only had one pair left in my size so Ida said they could put them aside for me, so I could try other brands on. Came back the next morning to purchase the boots they held. Used them for a three hour hike and then a seven hour hike without even breaking them in and they were already super comfortable! Also have a really nice hiking pants. Thanks again Ida.

I spoke to Emma and she was so amazing and helpful she was so kind and she deserves a raise she exceeded all my expectations and had amazing knowledge about the products in her store!

Emma and Jon are absolutely amazing, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Boulder and keeping safe as well as what trails to trek and what to buy.
I couldn't recommend this place or the amazing staff (specifically Emma and Jon) enough!

Poor quality of product, no existent customer service. I received a Helly Hansen rain jacket as a gift 18 months ago. Within 12 months the waterproof coating peeled off in large areas, making it worthless as rain protection. I contacted Helly Hansen and they refused to do anything about their defective product. Excellent customer service and management from Shannon! Please make sure store owner is aware. Bought a souvenir Boulder HH shirt and it had discoloring along neckline. Shannon sent label to ship back for a replacement. Timely response and resolution. Thank you Shannon!
