Helen Wagner’s office has been my insurance agent for 2.5 yrs. I am buying a home and was encouraged by my mortgage broker to see multiple quotes on my home owner’s insurance. I was not surprised when none of the broker’s could match State Farm’s coverage and rates but I was over the moon with the level of care and attentiveness to which Cindy and Amanda gave to me during this process. They were prompt to answer my questions. They were reassuring and always kind. What a fantastic team!!!!

I often leave both favorable and unfavorable reviews, citing precise events and experiences without letting my emotions cloud any judgments. There are many factors that go into selecting the right insurance company for your needs. For me, it's more than just ensuring I have a insurer who's there for me in time of peril and loss at the least expensive premium rates but also someone with whom I can consult on what the best protection is for me at my tolerance for risk. Mitigating risk is a very personal, subjective decision and Ms. Wagner and her wonderful team have consistently demonstrated an understanding of my needs, my risk tolerance levels, and what I can afford. What I most appreciate is how they're able to communicate the information in a non-condescening manner, ensuring I fully understand everything--even if I ask the same question from different angles. Are there less expensive insurers out there? Of course there are, but my personal experiences thus far with Ms. Wagner's team is you get what you pay for.It's a very busy practice and they try very hard to get back to you within 48 hours or less. Think about all the emails you receive--and imagine how many they do. Emails can also get 'lost' in the ether. Moreover, if you have an issue Ms. Wagner will certainly get involved to help further. Bear in mind there are underwriter behind the scenes calling a lot of the shots. Managing risk is a complex business and I feel fortunate to have Ms. Wagner and her State Farm team in my corner so I can sleep more comfortably at night.

After 15 years of being a Helen Wagner’s customer for insurance I am shocked in their customer service so much so that I am leaving this review. Her associate Amanda gave me a date TEN days out to help with my needs. That caught me off guard. They were always fast and available. So I called the 800 number to get things adjusted asap. After my call and great customer service through the call center I received this email…. Accusing me of being unethical and trying to pull one over on her and State Farm. I was shocked.Helen wrote….“ Today State Farm forwarded to me the message that you contacted them to remove Deva as a driver and to add the Drive Safe and Save discount. State Farm forwards all requests to me to process.Susan, you’ve known me a long time. You know I am an ethical agent and follow all the rules outlined by State Farm. If you wish to choose another agent that may accommodate your request without following the rules set by State Farm I understand and will accept this may be an option you wish to pursue.”WHAT? Seriously!I needed to remove my daughter from the insurance to save money. She hasn’t driven for over a year. She cannot drive a stick shift which is the car I own now and has not lived with me for over a year and does not drive in college.Helen Wagner assumed I was pulling a fast one. And spoke to me as such. Without inquiring more information to clarify first. So disappointing. So disappointed in you Helen Wagner.

If I could give even more stars, I would! This office is excellent. Our family has worked with this office for more than 6 years for a variety of insurance products- home, vehicle, and umbrella policies included. The office staff is always super knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, extremely detail-oriented. Whenever we have had a claim, they were always responsive, we got all the info we needed to make good choices promptly, and got damage fixed and paid for very timely. I have only great things to say about this office and I highly recommend them!

I recently switched to State Farm with Helen and I could not be more satisfied. After experiencing some delays in having a claim approved, Helen went above and beyond to ensure that the claim was dealt with as quickly as possible. Helen personally tracked down a reviewer and made sure that the claim was processed so my repairs could be completed. On top of that, she also was available for any questions or concerns that I had with the process. You do not often find individuals who will go above and beyond in this way and I would recommend anyone in the boulder area to get a policy with Helen. She truly cares about her clients and could not have made that more clear with how she handled my claim. Thanks again Helen!!!

Thank you SO MUCH, State Farm!I had a windshield replaced, and the Satellite Glass Repair technician - who did the repair, forgot to completely re-attach the baffle that covers the windshield wiper arms, and also the hose that connects to the washer fluid reservoir was not attached. Luckily, I'm mechanically inclined, and was able to remedy the problem, myself, I called State Farm and told them about the issue, the very next day, the Satellite Glass Repair technician called me and came back to my workplace. He apologized profusely, he was aware of his mistake and admitted to it. I appreciated this a great deal, it takes courage to admit when you did something wrong, instead of casting blame on someone, or something else.He also brought me a handful of plastic retainer clips. All is well. Thanks again for your assistance! STATE FARM is GREAT!!!!
