Update! This place INDEED sells fake "semi precious gem stones " I've had numerous pieces taken to a reputable jeweler and was told everything I brought in, was not what it had claimed to be. Incredibly disappointing and more than infuriating. To think of the money that was spent on this junk makes me sick. If you're going to buy "amber" be sure and bring a black light (the easiest and most convenient way to test authenticity). Even the 925 stamps were bogus. Not to mention how inappropriate the owner is but that is a different, awful story of its own. Don't support this "locaĺ"It's all a fraud, she's a fraud. You really can't trust thlll lo 9 boulerSells FAKE stones! The amber ring my husband bought me, and paid way too much for, is FAKE! I couldn't believe it. I suggest others get theirs tested. Also, 3 of the 5 rings I purchased, broke within 2 months. I loved this store at first! I hope to bring awareness with this review. I so badly don't want anyone else to spend an exorbitant amount of money on fake stones. I believe in the healing powers of stones and crystals, and never want to believe that someone could be dishonest, that works with such. Please! Spare yourself disappointment and upset and test your pieces before purchasing.

Such a beautiful shop! I could have taken almost anything with me. The woman was super nice and gave me a lot of time. I was served very nicely. She also got all kinds of rings out of the closet for me and told me that I could put everything aside first and then decide. We also talked a little, which was very nice, and she told me that she flies to different countries herself and buys the jewelry, which I find very impressive.Some are very expensive, but the quality is also very good.I will definitely come again!

The friendlies, most helpful people you could ever find, as well as the best variety of artisan, antique, and unique jewelry. SUCH a wide selection! They travel the world to find these artists and items. They also carry beautiful clothes, scarves, and other accessories, as well as beautiful home items. I have been addicted to their store for decades.

I LOVE this jewelry store! It’s definitely my favorite. The women that work here are always so sweet and helpful and have no problem with going through all the boxes in the cabinet to find the perfect piece and help you decide what fits you best! What an beautiful collection of jewelery! My husband and I were looking at rings and the owner sized us them brought put tray after tray of stunning rings for us to choose from. We wound up buying two each.

I love Gypsy Jewel so much! The staff are so incredibly sweet and all the jewelry is very high quality with good prices. I've had my ring for months now and showered with it many times and it's color has never faded. They are also very good about wearing masks and cleaning products. Highly recommend going to this shop, it's one of my favorites in Boulder!
