Unbelievably poor service and their actions just skirted what would be illegal behavior. Our business account was handled by them *very* poorly, so much so, that I would NEVER bank here and would dissuade others from using this bank. Unfortunately, we can't pursue legal means for recourse for what they did to us, but please be aware that they completely over-stepped their bounds and were beyond unprofessional. BORDERLINE CRIMINAL.

These five stars is n regards to BryAnn Wyatt for actually wanting to help me open up a bank account. I open up at a different location but when I hit a snag the office manager went MIA. CONSTANTLY "at lunch". But BryAnn went above and beyond to help me. I'm coming to this location from now on just because of her personal customer service.

I can't believe this bank is still open. I ran into the same issue as another customer where I was very ruledy refused a notary service.

Was in a jam because I needed to FedEx some notarized docs but FedEx location doesn't notarize. Great Western Bank could have helped but instead told me I needed an account there for that service. They have certainly ensured that I will NEVER have an account there. 1st Bank did it for me, no account needed. In the words of my mother, Hm.

MONEY GRUBBING WORST BANK. BEWARE. After bringing my balance to zero and telling this unethical business to close my account they didn't close it....3 times! Then they went ahead and paid incoming auto pays (after my account was supposedly closed) and of course sent me notice that I owed for the auto pays plus overdraft charge. I demanded and was promised an email stating that my account was closed.....no email. I asked to speak to the bank people who kept paying (when I had zero balance and had supposedly closed the account) and charging me overdraft charges. I was told that they couldn't give me their phone number and that they would give them a message to call me ASAP....no call. This bank will BLEED YOU DRY without blinking an eye.

This bank has customer service that is top notch. Much better than any other bank I have used for my businesses. Could not be happier with them.
