These prices are insane. Here is a picture of some cheap, used lights (from WALMART) which are marked up to 5.99 with their new-in-box price still visible. This isn't some cool, trendy "vintage" item; it's holiday lights from Walmart.
This is just one example of a store which over-charges for everything. There was a bicycle light in there that was completely scuffed and sold for the same price as it would be new. A lot of the clothing items in there are $20+.
This company can't call itself a charity, pay it's CEO the rates that it does and price out poor people from buying its items. If you're really dedicated to "helping your community" like you remind us every 5 minutes over the radio, you wouldn't be screwing us over.

A little expensive at times but that might just be the crumbling economy. The staff are helpful and patient, the finds are incredible, the floor is clean, and everything is organized

I liked the older location more. This new spot is cluttered. There's no space to try things on, especially since there aren't fitting rooms anymore. You have to put your things down on a couch or chair that someone might be trying to buy so you can try whatever is okay to pull over your clothing real quick, and then hopefully you find a mirror for sale, otherwise, you're outta luck. The shoe selection is hit and miss, sometimes I'm still surprised at what is considered "okay" to sell in terms of wear.

I always love going in here because you never know what new treasure you will find. I'm sure the staff there are pretty tired of seeing me though. Sometimes I go in there twice a day just to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Prices are insanely high for used stuff. for example a used pair of work pants that one cost 50 now would cost 35. You are much better off just going to another thrift store or buying the clothes new because it's almost the same price as what good will is selling them for. I recently found another thrift store that I would recommend because their system is purple tag one dollar and everything else is 5 dollars it's called piggy and pear thrift store it's a life saver and far Superior to good will.??

There's no changing room. I won't buy clothes I can't try on, especially since you can't return them. Also, the clothes aren't organized very well. The shirts were not separated by size.

Wow, prices are insanely high for old, used clothing. I popped in to look at jackets and saw the terribly high prices-- then went next door to REI and found new jackets for almost the same price. Didn't Goodwill used to have items for $5? I used to be able to afford to shop there, but would rather buy new since it costs basically the same.

I went to Goodwill hoping to find some pants to use for a work event, but found out there are not any dressing rooms to try items on. I was told I could return items that didn't fit and get a gift card-- I asked TWO employees (one of whom was a manager) if I could use the gift card at their outlet locations (the pay per lb Goodwill bins) and was told yes. So I happilly bought 5 pairs of pants, took them home, found out none fit, so took them back and got a gift card. I then went to the Goodwill bins and tried to use the gift card and was told I "absolutely cannot use a gift card-- it is only good at normal retail locations" ? Now I am stuck with a $50 gift card that I will struggle to use! All the normal Goodwill locations are SO OVERPRICED. Money is such a stresser and I feel so misled!

This store is getting pretty ambitious with their pricing which is why the shelves & racks are completely full making it hard to see merchandise

We’re not in lock down anymore. Businesses who keep their dressing rooms closed are just being lazy.

Easy drop off with large parking lot. I had sense that the goods are getting to people who need it the most.

This store is impossible to shop in. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the way the racks are set up. You can’t tell where anything is, and you end up looking at the same things, and things that aren’t your size. Waste of time. They could learn something about setting up a store by visiting the Salvation Army. (That’s where I go now.) Plus, you can’t try on clothes. How do you know what fits? Yes, you can return things, but who wants to rack up a bunch of credit at goodwill?
