I am a silversmith and have several torches. I brought them in and Ben helped me figure out which adapters and fittings I needed, and the cheapest way to figure it all out and get the correct tanks. Also, he went above and beyond, I had a drill press in my truck that needed to be fixed and he came out and help with that too! I will definitely be returning here. Great customer service!

There’s a lady here who stalks those who park in front of the store and will throw cans at your car and is very aggressive. Avoid.

These folks provide excellent service. If you are interested in cheap, and abundant sparkling water buy an adapter for your sparkling water maker and get 20-pound tank refills from General Air Buy initial tank on Amazon). A fresh tank will last months and refills are only about $30! Back up to their loading dock, swap tanks and you are good to go. Everything is efficiently scanned (bar codes) and the folks are General Air are cheerfully helpful. Good folks!

Called ahead to ask about getting some co2 tanks filled. They said not a problem head on down. Once there they informed me they would not fill my tanks. Wouldn't trust this company

Kyle and Anthony know how to run a proper business. All of my requests were met and I was provided detailed, yet succinct answers to all of my welding supply-related questions. Both professionals took the time to help me understand the services I sought and gave a breakdown of the costs (which were affordable). These people are amazing. Fast, affordable delivery of industrial gases for work, and patient, helpful in-store service for me as a novice welder. Definitely appreciate that a pro-oriented store is so approachable for someone not in the industry!

These guys always have the friendliest service! And if you ever need liquid nitrogen, this is the place to go. For small amounts they don't even charge and they do it with a smile. It sounds odd to say, but I always look forward to going here.

I have never welded in my life and decided to go check out General Air. I was nervous because I am such a novice.... After leaving the store I am basically a pro!!! What a good vibe and they have such cool stuff.
