Bought two Brio+ at the 2024 Ft. Lauderdale Home Show. One for my home the other for our family retreat home. Both chairs have been a blessing. I’m a retired firefighter and have many aches and pains from a 35 year career. I did extensive research on massage chairs. In my opinion for the money the Brio+ was the clear winner. I love the total baby doing deep tissue massage this chair gives. It’s super relaxing and therapeutic. There customer service is outstanding. One chair made a slight popping sound from the shoulder bladder. I called my sales rep Gio who immediately connected me with Kelby in customer service. Within 7 days I had a technician drive to my house and dis the problem. This is a solid great massage chair backed up by a quality retailer and a extraordinary warranty w outstanding customer service. A rare combination in today’s world. I highly recommend doing business w Gio. In case you need customers service ask for Kelby.PS- I bought the chair thinking I was the only one to use it. Will I was wrong everyone from my grandson to my son/daughter in law to my wife are always using the chair. It’s been a wonderful investment for my family.

I purchased a D-Core massage chair last year and I loved it. I've purchased a total of 6 massage chairs in my life and the D-Core was the best by far for manual programs and getting to my neck, etc...But it began to have issues and I am so glad to report that Kelby S and Caitlin D in Customer Care were absolutely the BEST to work with on the issues I had. They were very kind and compassionate with me through out the entire process. They took the time and effort to get everything resolved to my satisfaction! It is so rare nowadays to find that kind of customer service and I will be a customer for life due to my experience with them!! Thanks so much Kelby and Caitlin!! Debbie Hall. ??

Fantastic experience buying a chair from this company. At this price point, you expect the best chair available and that's what you get if you buy the zero gravity recliner here.Not only that, the customer service team goes out of his way to help you with any issues you may encounter with any of their products.I had a small issue with my chair. The response was nothing short of incredible.Customer service representative Caitlin D. went above and beyond in order to help me resolve my issue. From the moment I contacted Caitlin, she was unbelievably responsive, effective and helpful. Every step of the way, when taking care of my problem, she went above and beyond what I could've reasonably expected.Having purchased a premium piece of furniture, I had high expectations. She exceeded these expectations in every way, proving that this company not only produces a fantastic product, they back it up with incredible customer service. Great company, and great experience!

It doesn't happen much these days, but I had a truly amazing shopping experience at this store. Before going here, I had researched massage chairs online. This turned out to be confusing and useless. Then I visited 2 other stores in my area and even a Costco massage chair booth. All also useless and uninformative. This place was my LAST HOPE before I was ready to give up. I am so happy that I stuck with my search long enough to find THIS company and THIS massage chair store. The salespeople are kind. They are patient. They coached me. They cared. And they let me take my time. Their HUMAN approach gave me confidence.I researched their reputation (GREAT). When I finally decided to buy a high-end $$$ Panasonic massage chair model, Because of the way I was treated, I was 100% confident that it was exactly the kind of chair that I needed. To anyone looking for a great place to explore and really understand massage chairs I suggest that you VISIT THIS STORE. And of course, after I bought the chair the delivery and follow up was excellent too. I am now happier, more relaxed, and my back pain has improved a lot. Some of the best big bucks I have ever spent on anything. I appreciate you guys so much!

I am absolutely amazed at the courteous, comprehensive and prompt customer service that the service rep, Jamie provided. Jamie responded immediately to a repair request and kept me completely informed of all procedures. Jamie and this company are jewel's.

BEST place to buy a massage chair. The store has a great selection of chairs and the people are relaxed and patient. No one was pushy and I had all the time I needed to decide which massage chair I liked the most. High quality product, worth every penny for the shopping experience. Furniture For Life...you guys are top-notch. I was not looking forward to shopping for a massage chair, but you made it really easy.

Customer Services was incredibly helpful! My dad's remote control stopped working, and as he relied on his chair for his independence, it was critical that he get it replaced quickly. Jamie (customer service rep) walked me through the testing, got us quick shipping, and then made sure the new one worked. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We were in a huge bind and Jamie and her team were sympathetic, responded very quickly, and reduced our stress level immediately. 5 stars!!

I reported a problem with our massage chair to the corporate office and Jamie Commando immediately responded. Jamie asked for details, which I gave him, then responded with an email of the detailed process to resolve our issue. Jamie's hallmark is attention to detail and quick responses. Jamie provided a step by step solution, beginning with a shipment of the part replacement followed by a team to install. While it took a little time for the part to arrive and a team of 2 professionals to schedule an appointment, once the 2 techs arrived at our home they immediately jumped into removing old parts and installing new. Jamie followed their work closely. The techs did an outstanding job, and the chair is like new now. I would highly recommend working with Jamie and his crew to solve any problems.
