i like my new Brommie its just what i needed. Chuck swapped out the stock saddle for me and helped fit it for me and the patch kit was a good idea as i got a screw in my tire the 1st day. 10 minute fix and up and away.

I have a Tern with more than 3000 miles on it, that is my main form of transportation. He got it running like new and ready for winter with fast turn around at a very reasonable price.

We bought a pair of Bromptons to take on a cruise to the Baltic. Chuck gave us great advice and helped us outfit the bikes for the trip with a rack and tougher tires. We are so pleased with our purchase! We rode through cities, on cobblestones, through magical forests, next to the seashore, to cute cafes with great pastries, to beautiful and moving cathedrals, to monuments detailing the atrocities of communism, and generally all over the capital cities of the Baltic. Chuck, thanks for your help!

If you're a Brompton or Tern owner in Colorado, make sure you make your initial purchase and ALL of your servicing done here at Freedom Folding Cycles.They are your one stop shop for all accessories, parts, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance on your folding bike. Chuck is probably one of the five most knowledgeable Brompton owners/shop owners in the country. The staff in the shop can answer literally any question you have about how these bikes work, how to fly with them, etc. Chuck taught me how to change a tube in my new marathon tyres, balansed the wheels, and corrected all of the imperfections left from REI working on it. I regret purchasing the bike at REI, had I known at first I would have bought here. I'm in Vail and the travels are worth every second to Boulder to ensure my beloved Brompton is running as well as it can.Make sure to make your initial purchase and all maintenance/upgrades here. Freedom folding cycles is truly a gem and are true professionals with the sale, maintenance, and upgrade particularly to folding bikes.

I was interested in a 26" folding Tern model that Freedom normally doesn't stock. Chuck was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the model I wanted within just a few days. He made it a great experience, and the bike is proving to be even more ideal than I had hoped for.
