Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of gorgeous shoes to choose from. I got lucky and found a boot I loved and it was on sale! Needless to say but I added another pair to my shoe collection.

My friends and I had an amazing experience shopping at the Freebird Store, and we owe it all to Mara! She was an absolutely terrific saleswoman. We ended up buying five pairs of shoes, and Mara’s expertise and friendly personality made the entire process so enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and really took the time to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and we all left the store feeling thrilled with our purchases. Thanks, Mara, for making our shopping trip so fun! We’ll definitely be back!

I love the look of the boots, but going into a store is a sensory nightmare. It’s overwhelmingly loud and definitely drives me away from shopping

I can wear Freebird boots and come home exhausted, bedraggled and with aching, blistered feet. Or I can wear any other boots and have a great day. I’ve tried everything to make my two pair even remotely wearable and I’ve given up. These boots look great on the shelf and that’s about it. Bought both at the Pearl St store. They’re obviously good salesfolks, ha.

Was greeted by all 3 of the workers at one point on my visit! Very friendly since I walked in the store. Helped with my first ever boot purchase. Forgot her name but we talked about Both being from around Chicago! Amazing customer service would recommend!

Tecova > freebirdStyle-wise, Tecova knows who they are better. Much higher quality.Went in to look at boots for my girlfriend. Quite confused about the styles, are they dance shoes or cowboy boots? Neither. Evidently they are hot girl boots, on the second level of the Jung's anima scale.Whatever they are, some of them were pretty sketchy in there make. It’s pretty cold inside the store. They left the door open for some reason. The music inside is too loud.

Went with a friend today to buy a pair of shoes in a size that was not available at the Park Meadows store. I can't believe how different the customer service is from store to store. All 3 of the sales people today in the Boulder store were rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed to help my friend and I. Don't waste your time or spend your money at this location, go to Park Meadows instead... the staff is 300% more friendly and super helpful!
