Avoid doing business this company. Our experience with the Broomfield branch was highly negative. They are big into CYA when they make a mistake, with us taking the consequences. We set up a wire transfer. The bank rep never called us to tell us that the transfer didn't go through. The Branch manager claimed they "called us". IF they called, it wasn't to us - not on the cell phone - we have electronic records to prove no call or text was received from them. Their Credit card division will hold your overpayments for up to 5 months - basically borrow your money as an unsecured, interest free loan. That's a NO from me.

The Bank is listed incorrectly on Yelp...it's supposed to be First National Bank of Boulder (Colorado) not Omaha (?). I wanted to acknowledge an amazing Sr. Personal Banker at this location named Neda Milani. She went above and beyond to assist my client-even met her on Saturday to get her signature so we could meet our deadline for the Home Equity Line. She is a team player and really cares about her clients. I met her today for the first time and didn't know Personal Bankers still existed. I would recommend her if you need a true customer service professional.

The staff at this branch was truly helpful in trying to solve a problem that they didn't create, but the customer service call center sucks. They are incompetent and exercise no care in the information that they provide. Their lack of understanding of their own policies and procedures cost me thousands of dollars and the only compensation that they could give me was that it will be a valuable training lesson for their staff.

I was with my grandpa at first national bank when he made me the beneficiary on his account and when I went in to claim it after he passed away they said there was no beneficiary on his account and never had been. I guess they lost and never entered the paper work. I would never put my money in this bank after this experience!

I am not a customer, but bring my rent check there. It is a trippy place. The staff is probably fine and I cannot say anything about the services, but the parking lot, inside decor, strange pple that hang out in there, and the fact that they just cut down 4 or so trees in their property make it a weird place.
