I came in and was so excited to purchase such a beautiful bouquet! It was $20 and then 4 days later all the flowers were dead. I contacted them to replace it and they said the typical lifespan is only 4-6 days. Sorry but even grocery store flowers last longer than that in my experience. I was offered a store credit for less than I payed since it was 5 days after purchasing them or to replace some of my flowers. I went into replace them today and then had to pay a $8 replacement fee charge. Really sad because they are beautiful but they don’t last and they don’t take good care of their customers. Including pictures from the day I bought them and four days later.

Disappointed. Regular customer who has been very happy with past purchases, but ordered flowers (designer's choice) for my wife's birthday and was VERY underwhelmed and disappointed by what they sent. Some of the flowers were actually wilted or dead when they arrived. We contacted the shop to express our surprise, and give them a chance to make things right, even sending photos. The response was basically "too bad." Goes to show how hard it is to get good customers, and how easy it is to lose them and their referrals.

I was dismayed by my recent experience here. The flowers were nice, but the service interaction felt yucky to me. I called ahead to order a bouquet and spoke with someone on the phone. We had a pleasant interaction. I asked them to prepare a bouquet for pickup and communicated a very clear "not-to-exceed" budget number. When I arrived to pick up my bouquet, they first tried to ring me up without giving me a total. I asked for a total and they told me a number that was nearly 10% higher than the budget that I had communicated on the phone. When I reiterated the number that I had requested, they told me that the overage was from tax. It's likely that this was a simple miscommunication, which is totally understandable-- it was their reaction that dismayed me. They acted like I was out of line for even inquiring about the fact that they were charging significantly more than we had agreed. And they did not offer any type of apology or offer to modify my bouquet to make it fit within my budget. It would have been a simple gesture. Although this was not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, I seldom splurge on fancy flowers and the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth on what was otherwise a cheerful day.

Ordered flowers by phone from Los Angeles last minute for a birthday and Fiori Flowers delivered a beautiful arrangement an hour after calling it in. Great customer service in addition to the great arrangment.

I'm in CA and had a bouquet delivered to a friend in Boulder. She sent me photos of the arrangement and it was spectacular. Plus they had mint in the bouquet which added a unique and surprising smell. So creative! If you are tired of traditional bouquets and really want to make someone's day, this is the florist for you!
