Absolutely convenient to drop off a work laptop even if you don’t have the box. FedEx has these great laptop designed boxes ? to ship out. really grateful for the ease and peace of mind that foam inserts are already included in the $20 box for my Macbook Pro

Worst experience with any shipping company. Delivery drivers wouldn’t even allow me to walk downstairs before leaving. This happened 3 times and then their hours on apple maps say 8pm so i made the 30min drive just to be told that they close at 6:30. i now have to drive make the same drive again and take time away from work just to pick up a phone because the drivers are the most impatient people on planet earth. Applying for a car loan, apartment, or credit card is way easier than picking up a shipment from this terrible company. Never use fed ex if you can, lazy drivers, terrible staff, terrible hours, and the worst experience i’ve had with any company.

I was told my package would be delivered Tuesday before 12 PM it was delivered at 7:30 PM then they attempted to deliver it the following day got an email telling me it would be delivered before noon on Wednesday they tried to deliver at 1:30 in the afternoon. I work fulltime At that point I called and had them hold my package and that wasn't hold another fiasco
