The customer service at this location is awful. It's fine for dropping off but anything more than that will be an unpleasant experience. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

If they post certain business hours, they need to abide by them. If it's 9:15 am and the sign says open at 9 am, doors should be unlocked. This has happened multiple times including at the end of the day. So frustrating.

While printing comes out fine, it's absurd to me that they won't give you any kind of paper bag or paper protective sleeve for printouts. And are low key rude about it if you ask for something. Twice now I've had to leave the store in the wind with loose printouts that then got bent just getting to the car. If it's environmental reasons, come up with something we can return with a deposit or something.

These guys refused to ship my glass sculptures, and basically told me to just get out of the store. Completely useless workers, and completely unresponsive and unhelpful

It is hard to believe that I have never updated this review in a decade! I used to use this location a lot more than now. I have my own simple copier now and need fewer office supplies of the types that they carry. They have always been helpful for any needs I had. For many years, they were a very reasonable price for Ground Shipping services. They are still my first choice for reliability for super fast deliveries. Unfortunately, their Ground Service for residences, renamed "Home Delivery" is a bit more expensive than its main competitor, though even theirs has gone up too, though not quite as much.Where this shop really shines and always has, is its Passport Photo service. This time, not only was the staff member very accurate in getting the shot, he was really friendly and helpful on the constraints of the newest regulations. Also the price was very fair and the finished product better than any in the past, but for the limited smile allowed now, which is never my style. The counter staff was also incredibly friendly and everyone there was multi tasking the whole time. I hate to dock them a star for company pricing policy, but it is their reality too when they have to tell the customers. Parking in this now underutilized shopping center is easy, even with mountains of snow this year still piled up but far from the stores,

Mike was extremely helpful and courteous with helping me here on Thursday. Great work. I will say that I was pretty surprised at the price tag to ship a small box on a not urgent timeline, obviously that isn’t in the employees control.

I can’t thank the Fed Ex at Baseline enough.We had ordered a loft bed with a desk and yes on moving day we realized we only had the desk and not the bed. John is the man to go to when it comes to shipping very polite, very very helpful, answering all questions I had, and just an awesome dude. Double checked everything with shipping, and was very polite the entire time. Only person I will ship through when it comes to shipping needs when I visit Colorado.
