This Office Depot totally understands customer service and takes it to a higher level. I felt like I had a partner in my shopping decisions and experience from the get go to the minute I left. Seriously, they have it going on here! Every other Office Depot I have ever been to has either been barely mediocre or just plain awful -and I only shopped there when I absolutely had to.

I needed earbuds for a flight out and was pressed for time. Nice guy showed me where they were. I asked if they fit an iPhone. He said yes, and pointed to two different types. Bought it, got outside and the jack was wrong. Went right back in and he said "Oh, you need an adapter. Apple does things differently." When I laughed and said I just asked him if they would connect to my phone, he said sorry, I misunderstood . I Should have gone to the Target across the street if I had the time.

This review is not about the local Boulder store which does a great job. This review is about the incorrect information on their website. A year ago I needed a new printer. I found the one I wanted and the Office Depot website told me it was in stock at the Boulder store. I ordered it for store pickup. When I went to pick it up, I was told that they didn't have it in stock.Today I needed another printer and the one I want is hard to find. The Office Depot website said it was not available in Boulder but it gave me several other locations where I could pick it up. I tried to call the store, no one answers the number you are given, they just send you back to the website.I used the chat box and after about 10 minutes I was told that the closest store that has one is in California. If the chat person can get accurate information, why can't their website provide accurate information? I have now learned my lesson not to trust the information on the Office Depot website. Another customer lost to Amazon.
