“The area may be sketchy at times and the workers might seem a bit stoic at first but I go there every day. I'm autistic and awkward and make social blinders constantly. Yet the workers are kind and patient. Everything else is what you'd expect of a 7eleven. They can only do so much and what they do, they do admirably given what they put through. If you can try to say something nice to them to make their day better.”

“I went to this location to return a phone that had started malfunctioning. After jumping through several hoops (talking with a protection policy associate with a heavy acent which was very hard to communicate with to file a claim) finally filed a claim to exchange or send my phone away for repair, however the protocol was/is, was met again with another patient, time consuming obstacle (waiting for people ahead of me to have their electronic dilemmas solved). After waiting for my turn I was helped by a young man that was handling me & the customers before me was helping but came across another problem that we thought was a simple exchange after finding my credentials to make this happen from the claim I filed only to be kicked out of the system & tell us that I had call back to the customer service line to pretty much start the process over again. Another associate from the back of the store came out to help which he did the first time when we were entering my claim #. As he was telling me to do this process it was frustrating me as I was already frustrated, with customer service on the phone before I entered this store. I had a claim #, an email confirming my file, but getting no results. But as I was ready to face the fact of being beat & going through the whole process of the it again only to find myself at that same point a second time. The associate that came from the back who tried everything to get the claim going, after hearing my ordeal & seeing that I was frustrated of how the process had been in place went & to his store mgr. & talked it over which was genuinely concerned about my situation & how I was getting shot down from all angles, sort of speak, & found away to make my claim go through & include a membership as well. Getting me my replacement/exchange & hearing me as a person, being genuinely concerned (both associates), having patient with me & the people before (also during my situation, a rude lady came in & interrupted us like her problem was greater than anyone else's) handled themselves like complete professionals. Not only was I happy with the results, I was greatly impressed with the customer service they had provided me & others. That says a lot about there character & the good nature of how they are, I absolutely recommend using this service & telling others about it (I'm just sorry I didn't get there names). “by far one of the coolest shops in the pearl street area. I found my way into this store because it had a hole in the wall vibe. i walked around and explored this little gem to see what i could find. There was so many trinkets, records, old books, comics, magzines. The collection inside this store is the most unique collections of items i've ever seen. I then began to speak with Tom, the owner, he explained hes been in this location for 35 years! and hes been collecting, and making the store grow, he sells books and items from his shop on amazon and ebay, on top of having the books in his store. Tom was explaining how hes read thousands of books over his time, and i began to ask some questions about his favorite books, he has many lol. Tom is by far one of the most knowledge men ive ever met, especially when it comes to knowledge on books, and history facts. This was such a cool shop to explore, and Tom was an awesome host / owner. anyone who has a fascination with old trinkits and books should check out this amazing little shop, and see what goodies or Tibet's of knowledge tom can behold. 10/10 would recommend anyone and everyone coming here”

“Love this Target, the late hours are a lifesaver and the staff are always so friendly. The selection could be a bit better, but with Target Circle deliveries from other stores, I really can’t complain. My only issue is the super strong mildew smell near the makeup and beauty section when walking toward groceries. It’s ALWAYS there. I’ve mentioned it to a couple of employees, but they say they don’t smell it. I swear I can’t be the only one who does!”
