Truly amazing and beautiful people. They said our relationship was like a team, but it felt more like family. They loved my Saab just as much as I love it. They listened to me, made me feel heard and understood, and serviced my Saab at affordable rates. They let me know what’s going on in detail and how I can keep it going. Got quoted at other multiple shops way higher price for a clutch change for my 93 than what I got quoted here, also has done some other work always honest and does not try to screw you over like alot of other shops do. Always knowlegable on saabs

Incredibly family, friendly, and very welcomed and people they’re extremely understanding and extremely helpful. Not to mention that they’re very keen and vocal about explaining the process about what’s going on and everything they’re gonna do to your car with your explicit permission. We have been taking our Saab to EOS for many years. We've always have received excellent service but the other morning Bear diagnosed our engine problem by listening to it as we were parking it to leave it with him. He asked me to pop the hood and said he thought it sounded like a loose vacuum pipe. Sure enough the nipple that holds the pipe in place had broken. He replaced it and we were back on the road in 5 minutes! Talk about service; this was like a NASCAR pit stop! Thanks to Bear and Christine for running such a good shop; refreshing in this day & age. If you have a Saab they are the place to go!Service: General repairs & maintenance
