From the moment we walked in Jerry was very short and rude. He had no intention of helping us and continuously said he had no knowledge in most of the items in the store. We wanted to buy a couple thousands of dollars of electric equipment and asked for batteries to check all the settings but he gave us the same blank stare and said he didn't have a single battery with any charge in the back.... wow great customer service and your company just lost out on even more money in the future because we are taking our business elsewhere.

Most confusing website ever, seriously. Hands down the worst website on the planet.I placed an order for some parts through Toro, and they somehow got routed to Earls. Been waiting for weeks, not stoked. Toro’s customer service is non-existent, they strait up don’t respond to emails. 3 weeks in, and countless emails. Phone calls dont help. Earls doesnt know whats going on. They keep pinging my credit card, but not processing payment. Ridiculous, absolutely awful customer service. Im not even sure how they still have my credit card info on file!! My online order (i thought) was processed through an encrypted server, as is required by law. Clearly not the case here. Do not trust these people with your credit card number, something weird is going on at Toro or Earls, im not sure who processed the payments ?

They had hard to find wheels for my lawn edger. Staff was really nice and great to deal with. They will get my business in the future.

I try to support local businesses like this one, but as service has diminished and they charge 5-10% MORE than MSRP. Can no longer justify shopping there when the same product can be had for 20-25% less expense and there is no longer a value-add like knowledge.

Terrible service. I paid $70 so they would diagnose a Stihl MS 290 that would not start or run. It appeared to have a fuel leak. They spent four weeks and told me that the saw could not be fixed because the piston was scored. I bought a fuel line kit on Amazon for $12, installed it, the saw runs great. Stay away from this shop.

Con-men!! Run away!! They tried to up sell me on things I don't need and they would not do work on my weed eater until I bought extra things I did not need. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!

Won't use them again!!! Warranty repair which all of a sudden my auger was rusted, and shear pin was an issue. Mind you, the unit is less than 2 years old. $178 later I have my snowblower. I don't trust them, can't prove it, but think it was unlikely there was an auger issue!
