I had a great experience with Joseph O. recently. He assisted me with a tire that had a slow leak. The team had the leak fixed in half the quoted time. And because I have bought several sets of tires at Discount, they did not charge me for the fix which I greatly appreciate! It seems like that type of customer service is severely lacking these days. Thank you for that.

I bought my Michelin tires here 2 years ago which have served me well, and one tire just got a nail in it and they repaired it quickly and easily and I really appreciate the friendly helpful capable staff. Very efficient and well run place. Thank you for your service today!

Excellent customer service!
We brought in a flat on our rental car and they fixed it without a a hitch. They kept the tire for the repair while we went for a hike, and notified us when it was ready. Excellent all around!!

I have tightened up lug nuts on 3 of my friends vehicles after going to this location. If you go here, ask them to torque the lugs in front of you with a torque wrench. Google can tell you proper foot pounds for your vehicle. I recommend you go to a real auto repair shop for your tires since these guys want to send somebody to the hospital clearly. Please discount, TORQUE THE LUGS!

Turner/Tanner (pseudo manager) came with more ego, and then he did with customer service, or authentic desire for helping. I live in Ward, and so do not come down into Boulder often. I was in a pinch when I dropped off my car, needed to get my tires balanced (that service was great) after struggling to get my newly bought used tires put on because nobody would do that service for me unless they were bought from their place. I needed to come back to pick up my vehicle. When I came, Discount tire closed earlier due to weather, but I was stuck without a car. They didn't call me to let me know they were closing after I had talked to them on the phone letting them know I was on my way and they let me know they would be there. I arrived, and it was unexpectedly close and was stuck without my car. I had to go pick up my spares and pick up my vehicle throughout the weekend. I've had my car since, and haven't been able to come by. I finally did yesterday, and Tanner/Turner says they threw them away. A month passed by, fair enough. But my beef is truly the unhelpful attitude that was fronted. He claimed he re-called my phone number, and that he at least called twice. I don't have that in my call logs. Regardless, no apology, and a confrontational and prideful attitude. Literally a kind acknowledgement, would have made the difference, but I have no respect for two managers who prefer to put that kind of neglectful character and attitude as a default front, rather than a helpful attitude. Maybe you had a long day, sure, do better next time. Would you have done more if my keys were of higher value? Thanks, be well...

Lived up to the promise - and then some, after a near-debacle. Their outgoing phone message commits to satisfaction from your tire purchase. After some challenges, we are more than 100% satisfied. The senior manager stepped in, and swiftly solved the problem, going above and beyond. Almost lost a 20-year customer, yet re-earned loyalty.
Initially, I wrote the following review… “Deceptive practices - Sold me “wrong” tires TWICE in 18 months - 2 different cars. Each car: salesman picked out the best tire, yet when I returned for 2nd set a few months later, I was told the recent set was the “wrong” tire and tried to sell me a replacement- upgraded- and told me all 4 must be replaced. The first time on Car #1, they acknowledged their mistake and corrected the issue. Fine! Time wasted, though.
For Car #2, was told the recent set won’t match the correct set and wanted me to pay full price for replacing the recent ones. Took 30 minutes to negotiate a fair shake and reasonable replacements. After buying tires here for 20 years, this is uncharacteristic and really disappointing.”

This location is always slammed. I drop $1500 on tires only to have a TPMS sensor fail within a week. All but one bay is empty and I’m told it’s a 2+ hour wait because there’s 11 people in front of me.
A twenty minute job at max to manage a failure on a new piece of equipment. Things go wrong, that’s to be expected, but how they are handled is the measure of good management. This is not that.
