We've been with Allstate for over 30 yrs and have recently had the pleasure of working with Tyler, Sara and team on a couple of claims. Sara helped us navigate through a few bumps in the road when coordinating everyone and getting repairs done, and got things turned around quickly. With service like this, I plan on staying with Allstate another 30! Well done!

Tyler is a lifesaver! He really goes above and beyond. We live in high fire zone and Allstate was one of the only companies willing to insure us and work Wildfire Partners to help coordinate our fire mitigation strategy (which saved us from cutting down all of the trees around our cabin and ruining the aesthetic). Originally, they gave us an entire year to complete the fire mitigation, which I thought was going to be pretty easy to accomplish. Unfortunately, life through some curveballs. First, my dad passed away, which required me to spend a lot of time out of state. Then, I injured my ankle and had to have surgery, which put me out of commission. Long story short, I was unable to complete the work within that timeframe. Thankfully, Tyler then stepped up and advocated for us and was able to get us a one year extension! I am overwhelmed with how much mercy and compassion was given to me by Tyler and Allstate. I can’t say enough, how blessed I feel by them ?

I had a small error with my motorcycle insurance where I was originally given a small discount that my information did not actually qualify me for. They later removed the discount and I had to follow up to find out what happened. Although this was a slightly frustrating experience, they were actually very solid about calling me back and letting me know what happened with my account. Afterwards, they even sent me a 25$ Amex gift card in the mail to make up for the confusion with my account. This definitely made me feel better about the issues I might have had with my acct. Would recommend.
