I wish that I could give Dave more than five stars. Dave just closed our fourth real estate transaction and we could not be more pleased! Dave is incredibly knowledgeable in all things regarding real estate and home ownership.Dave got the very best price for our property and it was completely stress free thanks to him. He not only negotiated a great deal for us but he fixed our steam shower and removed the garbage left by the previous tenants!I would highly recommend Dave Fish if you are looking for a GREAT realtor that really cares about his clients and is scrupulously honest and ethical.

Dave has helped us buy two properties and sell one. As buyers we really appreciated his knowledge of both the market and general house related topics, such as potential repairs and watch outs. We never felt pushed and his advice when and what to offer was measured. His network of local lenders and other professionals is deep and very helpful. He’ll make sure you end up with a good home.As sellers we were even more impressed. Dave takes marketing seriously and invests in areas that matter. The staging, drone footage, and pictures he arranged helped our house receive a lot of attention (hot home on Redfin) and really blew us away. We had 50 showings. He encouraged us to do some hard things before we listed (replace driveway, fix deck, and paint four rooms a neutral) and it paid off with good offers on the first weekend.Above all, he acted with integrity. For example, as sellers he encouraged us to take the offers at face value and just compare the numbers and closing terms, to avoid potential discrimination issues (so tempting to read the letters, but we didn’t). He’s a pro who works hard for his clients. When it’s time to sell our current property, we’ll use him again.

Dave Fish went above and beyond what a Realtor needs to do for their client. He was so helpful during a long and stressful process. He was always prompt in answering questions, he made suggestions and gave us great referrals to help us along the way. Even though the closing is over, we are still in almost weekly contact with Dave. He has called us quite a few times to check and see how things are going. Good man.

Dave Fish is by far the most knowledgeable, attentive, caring and skilled realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He has worked with many friends and both my brothers, who highly recommended him. I quickly understood why. When I first met Dave, I was living out of state. He went above and beyond to look at homes for me when I was unable to. When I was in town, he sacrificed weekends to show me houses. More recently, he assisted in a home sale. To no fault of his own, the sale was a difficult one and he stuck by my side through thick and thin. He went above the call of duty to ensure all went smoothly and it did. He has since helped me purchase another home, a new build, and no doubt just as attentive and involved. Dave first started out as my “realtor” but now I also consider him a friend. He is highly recommended in my book!

Dave Fish and his team were AWESOME! I contacted Dave through email on September 1st and let him know we were wanting to downsize from our house 18 years. He came out and laid out a plan for us, together we put a list of priorities in place that fit our busy work schedules. We followed the plan as best we could. With 18 years of stuff to go through it was a challenge. Dave and his team helped us stage and photograph the house for the best presentation we could ask for. On December 20th the house went on the market and by the end of the day December 22nd it was under contract, and January 15 we closed. We put a lot of pressure on Dave to list and sell the house quickly and once we were ready Dave made it happen!
