It took them 6 months to fix a fender bender, and tried to tell me I was being impatient rather than owning up to their slow service. Plus one of their business owners looked me up on LinkedIn. Creepy.

Great experience getting my BMW M40i repaired after getting rear ended right after buying this car. They got my car done before schedule and used only OEM parts (IMO there’s no excuse to use aftermarket parts - it’s an insurance company scam to save themselves money while “fixing” your car but it’s not the original state your car was in so…inexcusable). Colorado coach beat the crap out of the insurance company for me and they’ll do it for you. Highly recommended!

Got rear ended - they repaired my vehicle in the time they said they would, handled dealing with the insurance for extra charges, and made they experience simple and painless. Car looks as good as new.

Excellent company for repair. They don’t take short cuts or use second hand parts. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my vehicles.

If I ever have an unfortunate event such as an accident, I will not take my vehicle to ANY other shop. As a person in the auto industry, I feel my judgement to quality of work on my vehicle speaks libraries to the caliber of work that’s preformed. Caliber brought my truck back to its original form.
They do fantastic work!
Thank you

Unfortunate that I have to leave this kind of review because my initial service was great.
However, my car’s repair that was supposed to take about a week has now taken over a month. I was told it would be ready one day, then it was extended over and over again and I still have no real trust in when I can get my car back.
While I don’t know how at fault the staff are of these delays, it’s extremely frustrating regardless.

Meh. I have brought 2 cars to Colorado Coach and the work they did was excellent to say the least. So I brought my son's car in today to ask for an estimate. First glance I was told that the repair would be no less than $10K. Then I was told my car was not worth the cost of the repair. Probably totaled (check insurance). I had a few questions, which were answered but I got the feeling my car was not worth Colorado Coach's time. When I went to 2 other auto body shops I was told the repair was most likely between 4-6K. I mentioned possibly being totaled and that was dismissed because of the mileage of the vehicle. CC didn't even ask the mileage. Both the other body shops gave the same estimate and spoke to me about the same reasons. I'm left with a bit of distaste for how I was treated. If you have a high end car though, this place is for you and the work they do is solid, but expensive. -CH in Boulder

Mark, the owner, was extraordinarily helpful in getting my son’s car fixed as quickly as possible. He was very responsive and provided constant updates on timing. He and the whole company were a pleasure to work with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 0/5 stars. Colorado coach has car for 7 weeks due to a muffler issue. When asked for an estimate of time because one hasn’t been received yet secretary calls the owner of the vehicle a liar and come to find out the estimate was not sent because of Colorado coach misspelling the email of the owner and refusing to reach out by phone. By far the worst body shop I have dealt with in quite some time. Equal service to back ordering parts that are already on the shelf to milk insurance.

Extremely disappointed. We have used them in the past and had good service. Recently tried to take a car in and wow. Night and day difference for the worst. Rude receptionist followed by dismissive estimator and zero communication. Will be taking this vehicle and future vehicles elsewhere.

I Dropped off my VW Alltrack 5 months ago they still can not tell me when I will get it back. They offer no help or assistance for an alternative mode of transportation. It will take way longer then they tell you and offer no other solutions but to wait. To Be Continued .

I won't use this company in the future, since they hit me with a surprise bill of hundreds of dollars for my car being parked at the business while going through an estimate process.
