I have to thank the management for their understanding and prompt resolution of my complaint. I am disabled and was sitting in an electric cart waiting for my ride home, when a security guard started harassing me. I was upset because my ride was really late, and he laughed about that. I told him it wasn't funny, and he said it was, and that I couldn't be sitting there. He tried to interrogate me about who had dropped me off, like it was any of his business. I asked him to please just leave me alone, as I was doing NOTHING wrong. Someone else overheard and started yelling at him to lay off me. But he just turned into even more of a macho jerk and threatened to put the guy in jail. I reported it to the store manager, who was very apologetic and assured me that Barney Fife won't be back. I'm so glad they won't tolerate that behavior. Real men don't bully disabled women.

I was refused an alcohol sale (24yr) for a bottle of wine because I was with my cousin (20yr). Bought wine at the same location last week while shopping with her with no problem? Checkout attendant with pink and blue hair ignored me and called her manager when I asked why she wouldn't sell it to me. Went across the street and bought myself 2 bottles at a small business instead.

Worst customer service specifically at the Pharmacy. Line is almost always out the door. Pharmacists had the worst attitudes and gave me incorrect information pertaining to pickup time. Save some time and send your prescription literally anywhere else. Bad business.

I've just about had it with Kroger stores. Again tonight, we went to self check out with some St. Croix sparkling water advertised for $2.99 with a digital coupon (regularly $4.99). The other item was a box of Lara nutrition bars which we weren't able to scan at the sale price. After asking for help from the clerk who wasn't able to get the correct price, she summoned a supervisor who still couldn't figure it out.The digital coupons and sale prices frequently don't ring up correctly. In addition, some of the sale prices are in bold lettering with small letters noting multiple items must be purchased to get the sale price. As a customer, I'm beginning to feel like the in store advertising is at the very least deceptive. These issues aren't just at this location. I live in Portland, Oregon and this happens quite frequently at the Kroger stores there as well.I don't know who has the time to figure out these hocus-pocus practices, especially when the store supervisor can't even do it. I'm seriously considering no longer shopping or limiting my shopping at Kroger stores. Beware to check your purchases very carefully.

King Soopers is always well stocked with lots of reduced options for items close to expiration. Friendly service, especially my favorite cashier, Tim.

The worst customer service. The worst selection. The worst attitude. They never have anything I need and are always in complete disarray. The staff is rude and apathetic. And they never have rotisserie chickens. Ever. Why do they advertise them? Why is there a display? Sadly this is my closest location and therefore I have to travel if I want a decent shopping experience.

If there are no bathrooms allowed to the public anymore, because of bums it sounds like, or the incident at the library, get chemical or smoke detectors if thats thr case, get button pads and dont give the code to non-customers and get better security. If emergency situations happen, or that odd time if the month happens real bad while I'm shopping and I am told by one employee they might let me use the bathrooms for an emergency and the seccond person I am directed to talk to just flat out says no and points out nearby stores which by the way are not near enough to save my cloths from blood stains or from cases of vomiting at this point: We wont come here anymore. The Table Mesa location has better employees and security. Get a button code or better security. Kick out non-shoppers, don't deny myself or my pregnant sister bathroom use for bathrooms you actually have. Seriously, if you are going to take away emergency or general use of bathrooms, the ones that you DO have, away from the general public and especially a paying customer: you wont get our business anymore. My fiance won't come here anymore, after today, as well. Keep in mond being in public sometimes busy places: sometimes disabled veterans use the bathroom steictly for preventing a flashback. They do this by going to the bathroom and isolating themselves and splashing water on their face for a moment, some people need to get away from pushy people and busy crowds lacking public manors--ill buy groceries ans cash checks at table mesa from now on. Denying use of bathrooms on emergency basis or any basis, after cashing a check and still grocery shopping is horribly disrespectful. My family and friends will take our business elsewhere because humans deserve common curtousey and not even our dogs go on the floor but someone here should just tk proove a point if these guys dont figure it out. They will attract the customers they expect: expect a lot less business from people who don't have the time to wait 20 min and go elsewhere or people who respect the idea that they can use the potty if they got to go because you HAVE ONE. Terribly disrespectful. Not comming back, not anyone in my family will be back. Sprouts and Table Mesa only from now on. What has this world come to when you cant even use a bathroom because these guys dont hire security who qualify to understand their job and do it so normal shoppers can save pants with a tampon let alone go to the bathroom. And some people have diseases that make bathrooms a moment notice of need you know: gald thats not any of us but we wont support a place that isn't kind enough to think of those in need on a daily basis. I hope this place closes quite frankly it is dirty as hell and they keep telling me I cant cash a written check that always cashed here and still did today after a long time of saying I always have cashed these here just fine. Rude people, get off the phone with your mother when your cashing my check I have actual other questions for you save it for break or step aside and get someone else over here. This place is so slopy and cluttered these days it gives me anciety anyway. Glad I have a good enough number of reason to drive further to get groceries every day finally.

King Soopers have shut down their bathrooms to the public so forget running errands around town and hoping for a bathroom when you stop to get groceriesOn top of this they have turned all but one lane into self checkout. However the self checkout does not accommodate multiple reusable bags. So it's great for a few items but what a mess if you have a cart full of groceries. The management is obviously looking at the bottom line and not at customer service

My partner and I normally shop at King Soopers, but our experience today has discouraged us from shopping there again. Today, I got raw chicken juice on my hands because one of King Soopers's products was leaking. I attempted to enter the restrooms, which used to be publicly accessible at this location. An employee informed me that the restrooms were no longer accessible to the public, at which point I asked if there was anywhere else that I could wash my hands. The employee silently stared at me for several seconds. Because that employee simply stopped responding while continuing to stare at me, I proceeded to the deli to acquire hand sanitizer. Luckily, the deli workers allowed me to ask the contaminate off my hands; the deli workers are the only reason why I generously rated this location as having three stars.

LOUIS thankyou so much! I always get incredible service when I go to the King Soopers off of 30th St in Boulder. Louis is the store manager and is the most friendly and helpful person at any King Soopers I have been to. It's a busy store, but, they are great at keeping shelves well stocked and organized. I feel totally taken care of when I go. It's nice to have a level of comfort as well at the King Soopers in Boulder. I feel safe. This is very important to me. and Louis you are the BEST!!

I visited this Soopers for the first and hopefully last time, just recently. I asked a woman who was loading ice cream into freezer if she knew where I could find unsweetened cacao powder. She told me aisle three. I went to what I thought was aisle 3, though I saw no number and it was blocked by a bunch of boxes. I asked the woman who was opening one of the boxes if this was aisle 3. She said yes with her back to me. I peered around her to see what was in it and it was all supplements. I asked if she worked there, she said yes, without looking up. I explained that I'd been sent to aisle three for the cacao. And she said, "I'm in gardening." Then I moved on to the pharmacy, where the pharmacist didn't greet me and spoke to her co-workers the entire time. Quite an unfriendly and unhelpful bunch.

Large supermarket and well stocked. Close to UC campus so there are other businesses nearby, which share the parking lot. Bulk foods available.
