I used to go here a lot but the last couple times is has been unbearably hot. I have no clue how the workers are managing back there, I am so uncomfortable being in there long enough to get my order. I asked and was told the ac wasn’t working and that they were working on getting it fixed but that was weeks ago. I definitely won’t be returning to this location until I know this problem is fixed.

I understand that a bunch of college students work here and that they see their job as temporary, but the manager needs to make sure that they keep the table top clean at all times. Food is not not bad, but the preparation line needs more attention. Portions of meat vary by server, but they tend to swing on the meager side. Overall, not a terrible Chipotle, just needs to be more organized.

Quite loud, but the food makes up for it. Good value, healthy, with large portions. My chicken bowl hit the spot. I tasted extra spice, which I always like. Chipotle is my go-to wherever I am.

Servers are not concerned about giving you what you request. More of giving you what they got. Portions get smaller by the day. Also, don’t ever mobile order this place. You get even less of portions that way.

Staff too rushy. Even when there is no line. They push through way too fast. Causes stress. Speed is nice but too much is a bad thing.

The lack of customer service from Laura was evident throughout my entire visit. Not only was she dismissive of my inquiries, but she also seemed more preoccupied with tasks behind the counter than attending to the needs of customers. Additionally, her attitude was unapologetic when I raised concerns about the quality of my order. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service, especially from a managerial staff member. I hope Chipotle addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future patrons. I was further disappointed by the cleanliness of the food during my visit to Chipotle. Not only did I encounter poor customer service from Laura, the general manager, but I also observed unsatisfactory food handling practices. The ingredients appeared to be mishandled, and the food preparation area lacked the necessary hygiene standards. This raised concerns about the overall safety and quality of the food being served. Admittedly I go here to pick up DoorDash more than I go here to eat, BUT, THAT BEING SAID, it would be hard to eat a full meal at Chipotle 4-7 times in any given day. Food's always terriffic and the staff is incredibly friendly. Good at rolling burritos. I like the art they have hangin' on the walls, too, and the location is tight. Highly Recommended
